I was homeless for 7 years. Kidnapped beaten tortured raped for 42 days. It was a climb to get back up , reclaim my life and get my children back in my life. God bless you for helping this family. I can relate. I'm 69 years old. I'm living in a women's shelter. I was evicted last month. I have 2 dogs with me. I spent over half my social security check moving and storing my things. I was homeless for 10yrs, I'm 1yr homeless free. I know how hard homelessness is, my daughter and I have been there. By the Grace of God we have a roof over our heads. I've been there twice. Now, I'm not homeless, and have great neighbors. We help each other out. I've lost a storage unit. I don't wish that on anyone. I'm still struggling, and yet I'm ok. Life is hard, and it gets harder every year. God bless all who are struggling.

My wife is 62 and has Parkinson's and other health concerns and I am 46 with fibromyalgia and other health concerns and live in a tent in a tent Encampment in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. We lost most of our stuff in storage Aug 2023 which including all our Christmas bins and childhood memories so its been hard. So thanks again for what you do!

I'm not homeless, but live in a totally falling apart single wide mobile home that's become a death trap. I'm recovering from cancer treatments, my husband with out of control diabetes, behind on bills. I feel for this family. It's awesome what you're doing for them. I so love seeing things like this. This is now my 3rd year of giving 100% of my commission from my side business to help others in need. My husband and I have "adopted" 4 families now, 4 single ladies and 7 children. We help with every birthday and holiday gifts. Sometimes it's also paying a power bill for someone in need. Or buying dinner for a family of 6 who was without power for 3 days. Thank you for giving back

What a wonderful way to live!! How you are doing things is how I hope to be one day. I have never had much and have always had a subconscious fear of money. My husband and I are trying with all of our might to make our financial situation OK so that hopefully one day we can be in a position that we can help others. That is a huge dream of mine and I finally realized that I had to do the work to get over my fear of money, get our lives straight so we can not struggle and then be able to help others! You are inspiring!

My husband got terminal cancer in 2019, diagnosed 6 months after our wedding. He made it through (6 chemos, bowel surgery and a stem cell transplant) It was such a difficult time. The way you helped these people is immeasurable! They will never forget your kindness!

Watching this video helps me heal from the $7000 I helped someone for 9 years while he was in jail they promised to pay me back monthly but he never did. As an elderly woman in Australia, I too found myself Homeless, and alone on the streets.
Long story got me too that point.
Funded agencies helped me with housing briefly till I could find shared accommodation.

It truly blesses my soul to see the love and compassion of God for people in need. Just 5 months ago this was me and my 2 daughter's and grandson.We lost our apartment due to harmful mold exposure and were left homeless with no where to go in a rental market that was double the norm.Myself and both of my daughter's have an extensive medical history.We had no income and were living off of my daughter's college refund. We were living in hotels praying for God's provision. Forsaken and abandoned by others God made a way. We found a rental home and the way everything came together for us was nothing but a miracle.God's grace and favor is truly amazing. This work is the kind of ministry I pray one day I'll be able to do also.We need more of God's love and compassion.Blessings to this family and all other families in need. Trust God He❤️s us and will take care of you.

My sentiment exactly! I'm living with family, and they are about to be evicted. Went to DSS, and they say the documents that I presented aren't good enough for me to be placed in a shelter. I've worked in the medical field, and I can't be placed in a shelter. This is hard, so I totally understand. I pray the Lord covers you in His glorious protection, in Jesus' name, Amen❣️

I was once homeless for awhile so I can relate to that. Also when he said he was diagnosed with cancer I've lost numerous friends & family, some went to into remission and some are still fighting. I myself have had precancer & had to get a complete hysterectomy to get rid of it. I couldn't imagine being homeless and have cancer and bringing children into all of that. My heart goes out to this family. You CJay are an absolute Angel, please keep helping these beautiful people. ❤❤

My daughter and I are homeless because the landlord wasn’t paying the mortgage and the house was auctioned off. I still worked and then I got sick. Now we’re staying with my oldest but this is just temporary. Hopefully I can find a spot in 2-3 weeks

This is wonderful. No judgement. My husband has made a lot of bad choices in our 45 years of marriage. Landed us in a tiny house. Our daughter financed us, we make the payment. We’d have been homeless. I’m in year 12 of living with terminal cancer. So I’m limited. I so appreciate anyone that assists others without judging. Please never stop finding those that need help. We need more like this in the world.
Nothing wrong with making righteous judgements. Some people are slick and will use and take advantage of others. Wanting to know what is going on is not just judging grow up and stop all of the false accusations. It is wrong to falsely accuse people of judging also.

You can feel their pain. Their hurt. How heavy their hearts are. Bringing joy to a families life, and giving the kids a chance. I grew up poor. I know what it's like to be a poor kid who has nothing. Checking the empty cupboards all the time. Looking into an empty fridge. Looking at other kids lunches, stealing food. Thanks for helping the kids.

So many are homeless. We don't have much, my kids go to children hospital a lot I always bring extra food & drinks. While driving to and from our appointment at every light while stopped. My kids keep an eye out for homeless people quickly work together putting food in a bag them. So when I reach people with no food we can help feed them. Even if we don't have a lot showing compassion for others makes us rich inside. There is always someone worse of than us sometimes people have no other choice they make hard choices to survive. The saying to Walk in someone else's shoe just doesn't ring home until those people not understanding the real issue is not enough help/support until there's a crisis at home. All it really takes is one paycheck, just one paycheck missed in some homes people don't have savings for emergencies anymore. They never get caught up if their sick/lose working and or have children. Things snowball people deserve help and love everyone is valuable! Greeting everyone with a smile cost us nothing and sometimes is just what a stranger needed. I just know my children understand how life is hard and others have it harder than us we just have to kept trying and do our best. Okay enough babbling from me.

I Stay in my old van most of the time.., and Thank God every day that he blessed me with the courage to continue on .😊 Gracefully learning the act of surrendering all pain & misfortune to our Great Creator. I'm disabled parent of foster children & no one cared if we were on the streets. It's a horrid world where the poor are kicked even harder when they are down and taken from when they have nothing to take. Thank you for helping. You blessed this family beyond belief. Being homeless is mentally and spiritually draining. Feeling like nobody will open their door to you, feeling like you’ve failed yourself. It’s hard. I was homeless for 4 years, sleeping on railroad tracks, under tables, and I’m only 21. Life gets real. I couldn’t imagine also being sick. 😭
