You guys gotta add some way to report an audio recording with drive through since sometimes the people are really bad and over charge you or just add random stuff. I have had this happen many times in my local McDonald until I started recording it and even after that they still wouldn’t even give me my money back

The machine isn't broken okay. I work there. We clean it at night and if you saw how we had to clean it you'd understand why we don't use it after it's been clean. And for those of you saying "why don't you clean in as you're closing then?" Yall have zero idea how many dishes the dishwasher has to wash. No idea. We can what we can done, when we can get it done.
