Tohatsu or Mercury small outboard carburetor cleaned in 10 minutes

Our 3.5 hp tohatsu/mercury outboard motor is difficult to start and it won’t idle. It is simple to remove, clean, and reinstall the carburetor. The process will be similar for most small outboards.  we do this once a year to keep our outboard operating reliably.
