I'm thinking of getting the m10 bc my price point was $300 range but for what you get at this price it seems logical to pay a little more for better performance. I just can't bring myself to pay $500 though for the x7 pro. Although I may kick myself later...
That's a fair point. Honestly the speed of the motor you get with this one is pretty impressive for the price. My wife is 100lbs and she goes faster than me when I'm on the X7 pro
The rear tire looked like the air pressure was low and that would affect the range for sure. Also wondering how much the range would change with a 100lb. Rider vs. 150lb.?
The scooter does not go 18 I just bought it it has like a 7 mile range they sent us a broken scooter and almost refused to take it back when they gave us a new one it was not as advertised
Get used to seeing that, especially with Chinese companies. They exploit their product for a few years, offer no warranty or customer service and before you know it, they change their name and keep selling other products with the same business tactics. What problems do you have with your Scooter?
It’s a piece of cheap junk. Battery arrived dead, and I had to call and email them multiple times to finally get a refund. The return address in a warehouse in the middle of nowhere in rural Missouri. DO NOT BUY!

I bought this a month ago, and yes it's range is just 8~9 miles. Light weight and fast speed but NOT 18 miles.
You compared their prices unfairly. $699 is the bundle price of X7 Pro with an extra battery.
I bought my X7 Pro last year for $380.
