Busy restaurant are especially the one who neglect the most because they were busy so they don't care the hygiene anymore. What they care is all about the money. Especially those food cart are.. Every where we look we can see a spill food here and there. With only one piece of clothes the cook will survive the day without changing to clean his hand etc maybe that's the secret of the food😅😅😅

Lot of incorrect information in this video. This is not a temple but a Islamic shrine of a Sufi Invader. The word prasad means the offering you get from Hindu gods and temples. The Narrator is calling it a temple and the rice as Prasad. It's either ignorance or sinister propaganda.
Its specific to only this place. Therr are many religious institutions around India who cook very healthy and hygieninc food. Watch the documentary series called Mega Kitchens by National Geographic to know about that.
Yes brother I do know many great kitchens in India like Golden Temple, Akshay Patra etc.... But this ? isn't even an proper kitchen then why showcase this ? What so special about this place ? even some youtubers make this amount of food maintaining hygiene too.

Yaar, everyone they said the shoes are covered with washed cloth each time.....usually all these utensils, the couldron and the cloth would be kept separate and cleaned after each use. Just because they are not using plastic coverings doesn't mean it's not clean.....
they have wrapped the man from toe to knee with cleaned shoes. I think because the cloth is black that many people think its not clean. Please dont have that misconception. Also the ladder would have definitely been kept in a clean place and washed after every use. People then carry it on their shoulders so that it doesnt touch the ground.
It looks delicious but I’m amazed no one gets food poisoning. 1: Cauldron doesn’t look like food grade metal, and the welds aren’t flushed back. 2: How do they clean it once they remove all the donations? 3: Rope and wooden objects in there, that I’m guessing aren’t single use. 4 Some dude climbs down into it and gets his feet in it… Looks like he has his shoes on with no bags over them or anything.
I just want to say this isnt a temple ,a temple is a term for sikh hindu parsi religious sites and so is the term prasad ,this is simply a mosque or masjid.
Am guessing that the video has not been checked by a Hindu/Muslim. As far as I know, that's not called Prasad, because Prasad is a Hindu offering, at Hindu temples.
I am not sure about this site in particular but many Sufi places use the term prasad too. Especially if they have many hindu followers. In general prasad/langar/bhadara are used by Dharmic religions…
A small section of people in India eat at these kind of places, yes it is unsanitary but a lot of people in India prefer hygienic food, but all these videos of these unsanitary practices make it seem like everyone indulges in that type of thing
Sometimes it feels like the western media intentionally highlights the worst of the worst in India, some our cities are just as modern as any western cities, why don't you show some highly rated restaurants from those cities.
TBH, most Indian people will not fall ill if they eat prasadam/bhandara from religious sites. Many temples in my state (Uttarakhand) host grand feasts cooked in smaller batches over many days but not even the 'white devotees' from many Western countries (especially the US and the UK) face any issues. On the flip side, my cousins from the USA fall ill even after eating home-cooked food and drinking filtered water in India.
Really boils down to what the dish is (cooked/semi-cooked) and the cleanliness of the storage/delivery councils for the larger temples...but at the end it is also about the immunity of the person. Many Indians are vaccinated/exposed to diseases that are almost non-existent in the western world. Also children are more vulnerable than adults. But painting everything as dirty is wrong...imo
This shrine is a notorious shrine. Few years ago, clerics of this shrine had sexually molested hundreds of poor Hindu girls and women. I think it was 1992 case. Recently extremist Muslims were staying in this shrine.
So good to see so many hands literally going into this dish.

Lot of incorrect information in this video. This is not a temple but a Islamic shrine of a Sufi Invader. The word prasad means the offering you get from Hindu gods and temples. The Narrator is calling it a temple and the rice as Prasad. It's either ignorance or sinister propaganda.
Never seen an Indian food video pass the hygiene test
Imagine falling into it at high heat.
i was saying the same thing. even if you manage to get out you'd still end up half cooked 😱😁

Being an Indian it is terrific to see this level of hygiene 😢
Its specific to only this place. Therr are many religious institutions around India who cook very healthy and hygieninc food. Watch the documentary series called Mega Kitchens by National Geographic to know about that.
Yes brother I do know many great kitchens in India like Golden Temple, Akshay Patra etc.... But this ? isn't even an proper kitchen then why showcase this ?
What so special about this place ? even some youtubers make this amount of food maintaining hygiene too.
At no point did they say if they wash the cauldron after emptying the donations. 💀
Yeah seriously, how do they clean this thing?
They don’t
They clean this after taking the all things
This is my favourite traditional Indian dish, love from Pakistan 🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰😘💚🥰😍
Fun fact: the main ingredient in this dish is Thook (Spit)
That was on point and correct. And look at the way they are cooking. Rascals

It is not a temple but Hazrat Khawaja Moinuddin Chisti (R.A) Dargah in Ajmer. Please make necessary changes to the voiceover. Also. it is not Prasad but Niyaaz which can be consumed by people of every religion.
Why are u people so obsesed with vocabulary temple dargah church same thing place of worship
Prasad langar niyazz same thing consumed by all 🤷
Yaar, everyone they said the shoes are covered with washed cloth each time.....usually all these utensils, the couldron and the cloth would be kept separate and cleaned after each use.
Cloth can not be kept sanitary for multiple uses.
@@rashgyl25 No its because cloth is not sanitary after the first use. Also you aren't completely sanitizing an unfinished wooden ladder.

It was Yaammmyyy back then in 1750 bc now its super delicious
1:16 narrator said it is a temple, it is not a temple.Well done to them for preparing such large quantities of sweet rice.
So all I need for a great Indian dish is ladder, paint bucket, foot and rope. Just add rice
6:20 pretty sure the guy on the right threw somebody's leftovers back in the pot. 🥲
Well, if they die from food poisoning, allah dont love them. If they live allah bless them, thats the point of their pilgrimage

I just want to say this isnt a temple ,a temple is a term for sikh hindu parsi religious sites and so is the term prasad ,this is simply a mosque or masjid.

Instead of this you should see golden Temple langar preparation❤❤❤

I think they could use a food grade pump instead of climbing down the degh
Very cool Video! Well done!
Poor hygiene is what scares me
Let's get some facts straight..... this is NOT a temple but a 'DARGAH' - the tomb or shrine of a Muslim saint. & Muslims do not eat 'prasad'
HAS ANYONE GOT GIVEN SWEAT RICE BEFORE?
Me: Grandama, I`m hunrgy.
Grandma: Enough talk.
@@DB-me7ol so, is Sufism a dharmic religion then? But I didn't know that about your earlier point
I didn’t get this from the video. It was presented that people only eat this for religious purposes, or out of necessity.

Weird flex there buddy
