Recipe looks quite interesting n item prepared must be yummy but my suggestion to turn over the side n cook n then put the sauted material of vegetables n massaleis so that both sides n later turn over the side to make it Crispy 🙏

POUR THEM ALL IN A BIG CONTAINER..ADD SAME AMOUNT OF WATER..OF SOOJI..MEANS SAMOLIN...MIX WELL WITHOUT ANY LUMPS...FINALLY ADD 2 TO 3 SPOONS OF COOKING OIL...OR GHEE OR BUTTER...BUT NOT MUSTARD OIL..
KEEP IT COVERED FOR 10 MINUTES..
NEXT STEP IS TO TAKE A PAN..ADD GHEE OR OIL FEW ONIONS ..LITTLE GREEN CHILLIES..ADD BOILED AND CRUSHED .SMASHED POTATOES..MIX AND LET IT GET COOKIN FEW MINUTES
TAKE DOSA OR PAN..POUR..SOME OIL..THEN.POUR HALF THE QUANTITY IN THE ..BATTER..LET IT GET COOKED FOR A WHILE..AS IT LOOKS LITTLE COOKED..SPREAD.THE COOKED ALOO MASALA ..ON ABOVE THIS..SPREAD GENTLY..LET IT BE TILL FEW MINUTES ON ..THEN POUR AND SPREAD THE BALANCE BATTER ON ABOVE THIS ...COOK FOR FEW MINUTES TILL IT LOOKS GOLDEN BROWN..CHANGE THE SIDE VERY CAREFULLY..COOK FOR FEW MINUTES...
