Is this card worth it if you already have the Venture x? I want the platinum amex but I'm in pop up jail, but I got a ton of summer spending coming up and kind of want to hit a SUB.
Can I get the Sapphire Preferred and then bang out the welcome bonus and then downgrade to the no annual fee card? How long do I have to wait to downgrade and also will I keep the welcome bonus points after i downgrade and do they last forever until I use them up?
Need the card a FULL YEAR 365 days. After that year pay your annual fee. Say you wanna downgrade. You’ll get your AF refund and keep your points in the ecosystem
Appreciate your videos. What is a good catch all card with a good starting credit limit. I currently have two u.s bank credit cards with a credit limit of $15,000 and a perfect payment history and current score is 745.
Hey max. My husband and want to book a business class flight to Japan in October. We have only ever accumulated points via jet blue, we are looking to open a new cc. What do you recommend doing ?
Personal referrals aren't updated to 75k yet. You might want to wait until that is updated so you can refer P2 to the Sapphire Preferred and earn the referral bonus and P2 can earn the higher 75k.
If you're looking for a beginners credit card for credit reasons that's a different category. Score of 700 and up likely to be approved for the Chase Sapphire Preferred
How come I’ve only had credit offer for a year and a half but I have a 728 credit score do you think they denied me just cause a short credit window? I only have one other card. It was the starter one that you had to preload money onto.
Got this last year for 90k, like the content!

Wow

From what I’ve seen with Amex, Cap1 it is usually 1year or they will claw back that money. Usually people will downgrade right after the year.

I’ve already applied the CSP card this morning 😢
If you call, they will match it. We dud that 2 nights ago.
It was my first card, and still my favorite 😊
Jumped on the card with 100K + 50 credit SUB, I'm in love with the card ever since.
Do we know when this elevated offer will end? TIA!
Max, I have the Sapphire Reserve, do you know how long do I have to wait before I qualify for the Preferred welcome bonus ?
4 years , and you can’t be a current Chase cardholder
Great video.Thank you for all the information please let me know is this offer valid for EU / GERMANY. Thank you so much.🙏🏾🌹
What transfer partners do you recommend for Aruba or Curaçao?
You can see if you can book AA flights through British airways
Loving all the choices you highlighted. And the update on bonus points recently 😊

That’s not a Problem I just did the same.
75k SUB is now available online, woo-hoo for my P2.

85k in branch
@@Andrew20000 mentioned to always check in-branch offers at 8:27
I got an offer for 80,000 points probably gonna jump on the offer.
Any fee when you used card purchases out the country like you travel to Japan?
No foreign transaction fees
I got 90,000 offer and jumped on it today
How?
@nonviction they sent it in the mail, and I applied
I’d say the Venture X is the best beginner card.
Id argue that capital one does not have any “easy” transfer bonus for beginners and travel booked in portal only worth 1 cent per point
however getting approved is more difficult than either Chase or Amex
Very informative. Thanks Max!
I think you pronounce sapphire incorrectly
Can it be considered a beginner card because Chase is not giving it to beginners (credit wise)
