水管的烏來遊記 【A Dog's Journey to Wulai】

水管 (Water Pipe) is a dog who recently made the Taiwan news for getting 'arrested' after strolling up to the second floor of a random motorcycle shop to get some rest (he got lost from his owner that day). His owner was so worried and went searching for him all day, to realized that he's been eating and drinking to his heart's content at the police station.In this video, Water Pipe is going on a trip to Wulai, a mountainous district south of New Taipei City.
