It’s not fake you’re just not understanding the technique. The demonstration is more about the relationship between the person throwing and the person being thrown. This is a real relationship and a very skillful one it’s just not a combative one. If you were resisting it wouldn’t work and that doesn’t make it fake, it’s not a fighting move it’s about mastering your body

@@ninjamaster7724 no I disagree. I think that if you want to make it useful you need to simply develop drills based around functionalizing the techniques and practice them regularly. Aikido isn’t designed to teach those drills It made me significantly better at judo and wrestling since I started aikido
