I was lagging through the first day, then after a patch during the first day, My pc was able to actually consistently get 50-60 fps. Literally running a ryzen 5 2600x and a 1660 super. So I thought everyone was just hating on it because it was a genshin competitor, as I've seen most posts that are actually just shitting on wuwa despite not playing it.
We'll see what they got for 1.3 cuz apparently, there is a mobile optimization included but honestly, if the device does not meet the requirements then it's unplayable on that device.
Running on an i3 processor and a crappy 1050 GPU no problem on my PC. I have lots of ram and an SSD but this proves low specd PCs. I'm below min specs, it runs really well. Same settings of low to medium.
Regarding the Mobile requirements specs, i don't think they are talking about helio series of mediatek they might be talking about a certain version of gpu mediatek must have. I never heard of helio 71 in my life. Notice how the snapdragon equivalent of mediatek is 835 which is a flagship even tho its old and not a 7 series of snapdragon. I might be wrong tho but i think wuwa is graphically demanding combined with unstableness of UE4 with a tools feature of UE5.
I did mention on my old video about it, if only they change nor add some info about the specs at the very least there won't be any issue on mobile devices, and as for that 2nd statement you had about wuwa graphic demand, that is true. It's not good on mobile so majority either stopped playing or switch to PC or consoles.
I'm playing WuWa on a Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3, with AMD Athlon Silver 3050U and AMD Integrated Graphics. I'm surprised that my laptop can run it, even hitting 45 FPS when not encountering any enemies. I feel bad when someone with a mid-range flagship phone claims that they can't play WuWa well when this hack of a potato laptop can :V
When my phone is lowbatt, I play the game on my i5-4570 without a gpu. It's playable enough 20-60 fps depending on where you are. Usually 40-60 on instanced dungeons and Tower. I edited my ini files to lower the graphics even more mainly the resolution.
120FPS def feels better, also for anyone on PC that wants to toggle 120 even if it's disabled in settings for your setup, you can do that through the settings database file. There's a reddit post that links to a twitter guide from like 3 days after launch. On another topic; In your gameplay I see HDD spiking so I assume you have the game installed on HDD, try putting it on SSD, it helps with some stutters. Also for anyone trying to juice the most out of their budget pc, the game runs on UE4, that means you can use engine.ini file to adjust some settings and go below what is normally minimum. Look into it yourself if you're curious as it can be as simple as copying someone's pre-made config to custom making your own. Just know that there's a reason why these settings aren't in by default. They can cause crashes and bugs depending on the hardware. For example the config I use, crashes my friend's game, but some other people didn't have any issues running it.
@@konigmng24 Ah fair enough, I was helping someone troubleshoot stutters like 2 months ago and they were getting throttled by their HDD. Most of their stutters disappeared after moving the game to SSD.
@@konigmng24 Idk what your storage is like, but you'd probably want the m2 to be your system drive, sata SSD for programs, apps, games etc and the HDD for data like images, music, documents etc. If you can't fit both HDD and sata SSD then you can buy one of the external enclosures for HDD and use it as external disk or just mirror it's contents on the SSD.

@konigaming24 around 3 hours, 60fps medium graphics. It's good I don't get why people insist in buying android to play games, when it's clear that ios is more optimized cus it only has singe chipset, if there is a bug, it gets patched in an hour.
Tbh, no one will make backwards compatible games anymore, even genshin in its early days wasnt backwards compatible, devices coming forward ran it better, even the cheaper ones will run it better than even certain flagships, RTX is 6 years old now, if you want a game releasing in 2024 to support a card from 2017, dont you think thats dumb, they would also have to maintain development for these older architectures. RTX 3060 is a BUDGET graphics card btw. Integrated graphics isnt really budget, its lack of having one for a gpu at all, just buy an older Ryzen 5 3600 or 2700x and get an RTX 3050 or RTX 2060 instead of going for the latest APU, you never go for integrated gpu, you dont need multithreading in a game, get an older CPU then a budget GPU. To anyone reading, get an RTX for future compatibility and performance in most game and also its better for work and AI use than the BS NPUs. Remember, when upgrading your pc, you dont go from older integrated gpu CPU to newer integrated gpu CPU, instead keep the CPU, it has years in it, get a gpu instead, go to bios get rid of the virtual memory for the integrated gpu and enjoy. My bro here went the wrong route when it comes to upgrading or playing, you can also check the used market, there are good deals there.
Good point however, not everyone can have the luxury to afford that kind of setup even if it's budget component. Majority of computer stores here in the philippines selling budget builds that has APU cuz, for us it is still doable regardless. And as for virtual ram, never heard of it but I'll never gonna delve deep on that one. Also my CPU back then was Athlon 220GE, and I upgrade it to Ryzen 5 2400G cuz it's the only component I can afford and I have other necessities to look for other. Water, food, electricity, rent.

UE4 is definitely more GPU heavy than something like Unity so yes, it is most likely being limited by the iGPU.
