- I initially met some professional and polite public officials. However, that all changed when I exited the elevator on the 3rd floor.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Stephanie Reed who began hiding business cards and name plates. When asking her for her name she stated “no.” Mrs. Reed doesn’t want the people to know the names of staff in this office nor who works in this public office funded by tax dollars. Mrs. Reed made a very important statement as she stated, “We just don’t”, implying that she is speaking for the entire city.
The Mayor was called, and she and another staff member came to the 3rd floor. Mayor Vincent appeared to have wanted my camera’s undivided attention. Why would the mayor act like this and then attempt to enforce a city ordinance of filming. As you may remember the city of Grantville has tried the exact thing in the past.

It’s absolutely fantastic when they keep saying they want to be transparent, then you ask them if they want the public to know who they are and they keep saying no. It’s just amazing and entertaining at the same time.
Now the mayor will love this video she can watch what she is saying because it is obvious she loves to listen to her self preach.

Considering requesting a film permit application. That would be very interesting. Consider the idea that the county attorney runs the county by proxy. The proxy being the mayor, commissioners, county manager, etc. Film later after the county attorney instructs us on how to act while on stage.

Holy cow, the mayor doesn`t know how to keep her BIG MOUTH shut and listen when people are speaking to her in a polite manner. She thought she was just going to tell you like it is, and that's that. I was an investigative journalist for several years before becoming Editor of a local newspaper, and NEVER, did I ever tell anyone I was coming in advance of my arrival. Don’t these people understand that we are looking for genuine interactions (or simply want to explore on our own) in public spaces we’ve been assigned to investigate? We’re definitely not going to get that if we let them know in advance that we’re coming. What would be the point of an investigation? I could just look at their website if I wanted to see the “face” they want me to see. How ridiculous is that?

She needs to realize they work for the United States corporation ( 28 USC 3002 15a) and not the United States of America (Republic). All public employees under 22 USC chapter 11 need to register as foreign agents because of that. They are not part of the Republic. They have Policy ( poli-ce) enforcers for corporation employees, not a free people. It's ignorance of the law that people give up their rights.
