Thanks so much for the awesome video Lewis🔥 This will definitely help me improve my Mindset, Business, and Life!! Keep it up! 💯💯🙌

Colonel Sanders started a business, Kentucky Fried Chicken at 67 y.o. I'm 44, and just started everything from scratch, literally from 0, but i'm optimistic, it's never too late as long as we're consistent and committed .
Wow! Good for you! We all start somewhere and if you are persistent, and listen to the market, you will no doubt be successful!
@@LauraMilroyMedia Thank you, i really appreciate, all the best to you too 🙏🏽
Triztan 369. Tristan, Congratulations, how exciting!!! The most important key to happiness and success is that you are passionate about what you are doing and love it!!! As that wise saying states: "WHEN YOU LOVE WHAT YOU DO, YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORK A DAY IN YOUR LIFE!!" BY THE WAY, 44 YEARS OLD IS CONSIDERED YOUNG IN THIS DAY OF AGE IN 2019........ JUST HEARD THAT NOW 60 IS CONSIDERED THE NEW 40!! ALL THE BEST TO YOU!
@@claireoconor7986 Haha...thank you for the nice encouraging comment, i've got to feel young then 🤠. Agree, i should be passionate about whatever i'm doing. Success and Joy to you too 🙏🏽
I started listening to Mark Sisson for keto guidance.... Then I came across this interview. Hearing his life story, his endeavors, his failures and restarts (proving that the only true failure is giving up)... I'm SO inspired. Listening to this conversation helped me to finish some much needed cleaning and organizing. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but when you live with chronic pain and the simplest tasks are just mentally overwhelming -- much less physically -- Trust me it's a really big stinkin deal. 🥰 THANK YOU!!
A very brutally honest man 👍🏻. He makes sense how dreaming, vision, actually listening and researching and actually doing a business really is like. I have meet many 40’s and 50 year olds that sometimes feel it is too late to start their dreams but we’re glad that they did. For a 25 year old to say it is too late and give up is sad.
Keep going, Dolsie!
It’s so important to be passionate about something. I love that he started new businesses so late in the game. Being able to assimilate and pivot is so important to keep your business alive
*_I recently watched a video_* about a 80 y/o who obtained a law degree. It's never to late!
Life Progress - ideas for a better life TV
I agree ☝️ 🙂
Yes! Agreed!
I am 58 years .
And start everything from 0 .
Never give up.😁👍
Me, too
So inspiring, Thank you Ragnar Andersson for this!
Exactly, Start now. Someday is Not even on the calendar.
I'm 51 and need to relearn what to eat. Thank you Mark for the info/inspiration 🙏🏼
OMG TALK ABOUT SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR. This is so inspiring. I'm only 30 and sometimes questioning if I'm on the right track and here Mark comes and shows us that you should never stop dreaming and re-inventing ourself!!! THANKS FOR SHARING!
U are its part of hour process keep it up
I really appreciated this interview. I am currently transitioning from the military after 20 years, and it has been all I've known since I was 18. I am in the shift/pivot stage searching for what I want to be when I grow up. I know I have something to offer the world...more than a cubicle 9 to 5, and I am floundering like a fish out of water trying figure out what that is. So your telling me there's a chance...
We can always use more psychiatric nurses at the va!
One of your best guests Lewis so far!
Thanks so much!
This was absolutely amazing, Lewis!! Mark's knowledge and enthusiasm to continue to GROW and "PIVOT" from his mistakes was so inspiring. His formula for a successful work force... "No Assholes" here for HIRE was priceless. Hiring the right people is the Key to any successful business. His willingness to let go of Micro Managing his TEAM was also extremely insightful. We GROW when we "LET GO!" Excellent job, Lewis for continuing to bring such Incredible People to your School Of Greatness Podcast! Make Waves 🌊🌊🌊.
Great sharing about life & business pursuits.
He's so amazing,Lewis.👍😀
I enjoyed listening to his nuggets of wisdom and learnt a great deal from his experienced heartset skillset mindset.
Thanks Lewis. 🙏❤💞
Mark, you are one very dynamic fellow....like your premise..it's never too late...thank you for your story....
Very inspiring man and Lewis being a very good interviewer! Interesting story about his life but i missed the topic about his heartattack. Would be very interesting to know how he coped with getting back on track.
🙌Ha! Opening my Primal Kitchen BBQ sauce as I sit down to lunch and a Lewis Howes interview... Didn’t know this man started the company. As an entrepreneur approaching forty, who has been shifting, pivoting and refining for years, these types of interviews are the fuel that keeps me, and others like me, going👌. Thanks Lewis...
You are welcome!
No way! That is so funny! It’s so interesting and at 33, and just starting my channel and business, I need stories like this too!
appreciate the moment you are in right now
I'm just catching up on all the Keto videos....I guess it's never too late...Mark's my hero!!
A truly inspiring guy! Thanks Lewis for interviewing Mark!!
I dtarted everything again at 45. Lost my partner access to my 3 year old Son and 1 year old daughter then tetrained as a personal trainer starting own line with longevity quit alcohol for good at 46 had to stay with my brother then my Mum passed from a sttoke. I lost contact with 2 older sisters who were toxic this all with covid restrictions and not getting access to see my father in care home due to rules while greiving and little human contact. Now bursting to get back to teaching with gyms reopening april 2021 after training clients in parks and get seriously into acting on side. I fight to see my kids again in honour of my mother and help people live longer and improve tgeir quality of life and chersh health.
Am 27. Did okay at school but my seriously bad mental states have totally squandered my ability to move in any particular direction or grow. Spent years losing my mind and retreating from life, so I''ve got nowhere.
You are still young. don't give up. Life goes up and down. Learn, Read, Journal, Exercise, eat right get good friends, volunteer. Also, check out Peter Walkers books. You can get free on audible. You may have trauma.
"The TAO of Fully Feeling"
"CPTSD from Surviving to Thriving".
Look into yourself and invest in YOURSELF. Not saying go out and buy things but spend time doing what you love. What you fear or hate. There is great understanding in suffering and discomfort.
Sam, my dear, not a single moment of what you've been through or continue to go through is time wasted, it has made you who you are today - it was/is totally valuable because your experience will give you the gift of insight and empathy. You are the Perfect Person to embrace it all, learn from it and help others in similar situations. You would make the perfect mentor/buddy, maybe in schools/colleges/universities for others struggling. You can give them hope, and watch them grow.
Don't feel like you're any less than anyone else... When you go through any mental health issues or trauma, you have even more than some.
Your experience is precious, if you can embrace it that way, you'll life will light up and you can give light to others.... Sending huge hugs and endless blessings (you've totally got this, I promise) 💝

Was EPIC, especially 50-63 minutes.
"psychic income I'm not diving income from it" Then taking about enjoying life is impactful. Thanks!
Such an inspiration this man is..
🙏👌👍
Agreed, Harmeet!
As one of Mark's early subscribers I was thrilled to see this! I'm a sponge soaking this up! Thank you both so much.
You are very welcome!
Wow this man gave me so much hope, thank you👌✨✨💪
Age is just a number.🙌 enjoyed this interview.
Appreciate you!
No, age is not "just a number". It depends on context. But it can also depend on actual external facts too. For Macron and his wife they decided to make age "just a number" and be together anyway. On the other hand if a person finds out they have 1 year to live, they realize that all the prior birthdays were not "just numbers", they were that person getting closer to an end date.
Is it just me, or is Mark Sisson the most interesting man in the world? Listening to his career path reminded me of Forrest Gump.....so many unique twists and turns haha.
This is an amazing interview and a great host, Lewis. Just what I needed to hear. Thank you! :)
Awesome 😎 I love this guy!!
Amaizing!
The ability to pivot...great thought....
Really has impacted me in the first 34 Min
“You can always change your mind” 🙂
one thing ive noticed on most of these success stories is that theyre usually people loaded from a getgo so theyre usually starting things and shooting to high corporate level and when they fall they have big money again to get back on...theres barely a story of someone who been working regular jobs and regular saving and slow ball moving
Really its never to late
Yes! Let's Go!
great sir
Cool Licks was across the street from Nautilus Tech Fitness Center. I thought you looked familiar!
The lesson ,I take from this interview is start scrap it if it's not working but keep going , that's the only way to figure it out.
