You could always try the little 22nf capacitors on the xlr insert. They help block RF noise and such. May help with the noise issue. Just a thought.

I've seen a lot of people recommend switching out the mic Circuit board with an OPA Alice single channel board. it sounds amazing from what i''ve heard.
I've been meaning to grab one of those.... Thiugh I believe the sound... From what I've heard.... Is super similar to this. I know sound sleuth has a video with this capsule and the Alice board

Not to my knowledge .....but putting a strip of a mouse pad around the sides of a head basket has produced interesting results lol
