Good video, Chris. I’ve spent a lot of time and money inside City Hardware over the past few years before the pandemic. I do find it funny that Filipinos don’t like to ask for help nor directions, in my experience. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Blue skies, nice fluffy white clouds, lovely family, what more could you ask for... I do like to watch another Brit living overseas like myself, and hearing the accent, calming effect... lol.. Especially now with all the crap going on in the world
Yes Chris City Hardware is a cool store that one you have there in Naga is good but it doesn't seem to have as many or as much items as the one in Illoillo city Pinay Island. That City hardware looks a lot bigger than Naga .( just observing) . Take care Kuya & Mabuhay
I'm from Scotland hi love vlogs can u show more of cloth shops because TV in UK stinks .and are u living their how good is it their as I'm first time watching. Is this Ur wife or girlfriend hope u don't think I'm being nosie ok love the patter
Hi, it's very difficult to take videos of shops here, normally guards don't let you. I have been here 8 years, been married 7 to my beautiful wife, there is a 26 year age gap, we have 2 beautiful kids. I love it here. With all the craziness going on in the world this is the best and cheapest place to be. Thank you for your support.
Citi Hardware has a lot of products available. I have purchased a lot there. Wilcon then opened and I was able to get some better quality items from them. Ace has good quality but the prices are premium for sure. Take care.
Chris this store is best visited when you have lots of cash in your pocket, because you can say I'll buy this and that, and at the end of the visit you end up with nothing to save money🤗🤔😂😂♥️ the only thing the prices are close to western prices of say B&Q or Bunnings in Australia
Hi Chris hi Mel, I have been to both city hardware stores to buy paint cement and tools for our house we have been building in Calabanga been building since April last year now putting the paint on the outside I have been living here 14 months. I months months months
Yeah, my mrs has me banned from going there unsupervised. Its 40 minutes drive from citi hardware to our house and if i go in there alone...... the multicab truck and the bank account suffers 😂😂
Chris are you happy with your car? I want to buy a car when I get to the Philippines. I start my Social Security next month at $3,200 a month and I should be there in August or September….
Continuing I have moved from Australia and married the most beautiful woman on Gods earth sorry Mel. We should get together for a coffee if that's OK with you guys so God bless till we meet. Ben from Aussie. How do I get in touch with you?
You won't get twin and earth cable or micro trip consumer units you may find three pin sockets, but not standard. However I like city hardware as well, they sell MDF faced boards, although I don't think the Filipinos know what its for, when it comes to kitchens all they know is concrete and aluminium. They don't sell descent screws, only Philips screws, no p osidrive. Plastic and metal units.
Yeah! and it's cool to walkaround the place

Wow I love that store….are they a chain store Chris?
Yes Marc, there are 2 just in Naga.
Chris you sold the split aircon ? Was the cost that bad? What’s a more affordable air conditioner?
Yes for us because our income is very low and worse because of the support we have lost. We can't even afford to register the car this month.
That store is like a HOME DEPOT here in America. 😲
It looks like a home depot
Good prices, here they have almost doubled in last 2 years
Chris are you happy with your car? I want to buy a car when I get to the Philippines. I start my Social Security next month at $3,200 a month and I should be there in August or September….

Great store! I wish the stores in the US were that empty of people. 😄 👌🙏
Yes Dale, love going just to have a look around sometimes.
