Maybe try a little vase with some pampas grass for your coffee table. Or a single stem of that and a eucalyptus stem that’s what I have on my coffee table. I was having a hard time with that too.❤
Forgot to say I think a extra large urn/pot with wispy stems would look stunning on your dining table as it is a big space little things tend to get lost😉 big spaces extra large pots are the way to go☺️
Ashley, your living room is NoT busy. Sometimes you need to let go. You do not want your house looking like a cold museum ( said with love). Also, you may want to start curating things from vacations that you go on. When you find things at home goods, and all these other stores, It’s just filling your your house with crap. In my opinion, it’s better to mix things around your house that tell a story about what you’ve done in your life. Just a suggestion, but I try and think about is what will the things in my house bring to my kids when I passed one day? When they go through m house, what memories will some items bring to them? Will hold there be meaning to them or a memory to them that they will treasure. All these things from these big box stores have no meaning and you get rid of them very quickly. What was Savannah want one day? Obviously, it doesn’t have to be everything in your house because that would be silly but mix in things from vacations that tell a story. When you have people over, it’s a great conversation piece as well. No hate here I’m just trying to give you a suggestion. Obviously you do you and that’s great because I think you’re awesome! 😊❤
I think that large white bowl with maybe 2 tan/brown books, a medium candle on top of the books and either a candle snuffer next to them or some small beaded garland would be simple but would give texture and interest

Those two terra cotta pieces from Pottery Barn would look great year round since it’s a natural color and goes well with your neutral decor.❤ Just a thought, maybe a large round tray on the coffee tableto keep everything looking tidy and the round shape will soften the look of the square table. That PB bowl would look great there also with some moss or neutral filler. Maybe a small decorative box to keep the remotes in. These are just ideas 😊 Of course do what makes you happy! I think you can put cream and black cushions on the sofa or armchairs and they will match with rug and table and all decor, and it will look more cosy ❤
Ashley, if I may make a suggestion about the geode on the coffee table. In order to get the most mileage out of it, I would say the geode should be the focal point of table. Were it me, I would put tbe coasters into one or two stacks with one candle on each stack in the black holders. Then next to them but not too close, display the geode. It would be much more eye catching and would be a gorgeous conversation piece.
Coffee table: I would say you need a runner/ partial cloth underneath your white bowl to bring texture. Let it be a vessel for the remote and coasters. And place a crystal next to it. But I really like where you left it.

Yes, I love the coffee table now, looks great! I might be ordering that bathtub tray, looks great and is very functional. This has definitely been the hottest summer in years! I live in Louisiana and it’s been over 100 actual temperature with the 120’s heat index. I totally understand about when you said that about the weather there! I’m constantly telling my boys to hurry and shut the door when our 4 legged kid goes out😂 I love that little piece for the dish scrubber!

Suggestion for you Ashley. You can put one of your concrete pots where you have the 4 white pots by your TV. It would break up the white. Your house is beautiful.
Those vases/stoneware with the dots are called hobnail details.😁 Also, also from the south- game changer when it comes to flies. The “Zevo flying insect trap” wall plugs! They catch all the flies and little gnats! Must have!

Coffee table: put a small stack books-2 or 3 with Crystal on top, place bowl next to it with faux succulents in it or remotes if you don’t like the competing greenery. I feel shallow bowls are made for low greenery not tall picks- so succulents with a few that cascade over the edge can be beautiful

you just need a large rectangular tray for the coffee table (then decorate that tray) , it reads as one object and looks less cluttered

I would add a shorter aged black vase for the greenery on the commode, I feel that the white container is too tall and not the right color

I think you need a more flat bowl or round tray on your coffee table. Anything too tall or wide seems to be suffocating, for lack of a better word.
