- Today we tackle some clean up on the fences and find some unexpected things. Unfortunately one of those things is that we lost a chicken and I have no idea why. We still have lots more to get done though.

I love seeing Jack with his beautiful feathers all the way out. PawPaw just loves that the peacocks spend so much time there. He loves listening to them and seeing them roam around his yard. PawPaw is so very kind feeding them and Bri's chickens all the time. All of you are working so hard. My heart goes out to you. All of you deserve to sleep in and relax for a day. The work will get done over the next couple of months. 1 day of rest is needed for all of you on Morrow Hill.
The Morrows just take care of each others animals all the time. I love it! Lester has always fed and watered Papaws cows. Of course Chia started out with Kim, and has now attached to LE, lol! Same with Gunner! All the dogs actually! They all have a special love of animals!

Kim had a rat snake that was after the eggs and was going to kill the chicken to get to the eggs. That 1 snake is gone now.

Good morning. Lester used this stuff that foams and then hardens like concrete. He used it when setting posts. It would likely work under your concrete platform.
I forgot, the foam expands. Wouldn't want it be over used and crack existing concrete.
Lester also said it wasn't as strong and why he didn't use it at Longhorn lesters
I wondered if it could be used as a filler mostly. Maybe Steph can ask Lester what he thinks. Hope they figure it out. Thank you for mentioning that. I must have missed that

@@marjoriedean9701 it would expand forward before cracking concrete in expand outward in the path of least resistence , so it would go sideways , forward and upward until it met the concrete then continue other directions !!
Wire Brush might work. Paw Paw Loves the Peacock's and the ducks & her babies

Bees are so fascinating. I remember as a kid growing up in the summer there were honey bees all over the place. Now I hardly see a honey bee. That was funny seeing you in your bee suit helping with the cow!! I know everyone on the hill is wore out with the clean up. Happy Mother’s Day!!

Fence mending and building is so hard. The best fence builder I have ever seen is Lester. Jason from Cog Hill is also good, but it never looks easy. I really love the way you all watch out for each other.

I love the bigger Zucchinis!! I slice then lengthwise, scoop out al the seeds, making a long pocket, and I stuff them with a hamburger mixture. Lots of recipes on line for stuffed zucchini. So, so good!!

U guys will still have a very successful yr with it I’m sure 👍🏻 I haven’t gotten to put my plants in the garden yet. I did however get my seeds started in my greenhouse and my plants r doing great. I was hoping I could get it done today but unfortunately it’s raining and cold here in Ky today. Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be much better so hopefully I can do it then.
