One of my favourite finnish entries. They deserved to be in top 10.And also many entries of Finland didnt deserve to be last.Finland’s every entry in my list especially every song before 2000s Greetings from Turkey
Still shocked about 2015 Ann Sophie I mean we sometimes send questionable entries like gracia to Eurovision but she had it ruff. She was our back up entry, because the original one just said „nope to afraid“. And then got 0 points. Still hurts a little.
I still cry about Black Smoke, is my second place in 2015, O jardim is another injustice. Germany in the sixties bring it us the sass, an I love many entries of Spain
Fun fact about UKs entry 2019. One of the backgroundsingers are a Swede who actually wrote Denmarks entry the same year. And also wrote Swedens entry 2020.
To be fair, O Jardim is currently the last placing song with the highest amount of points (39) since the introduction of the current system. Under the old system (2013-2016) it would have placed 22nd.
I think Finland is the country that the most suffers from injustice. And Turkey 1975 and 1987 deserved to be in top 10.But as we all know juries mostly hated Turkey
The first injustice IMHO was 1995, Stone & Stone for Germany is literally a great song. Followed by 2002, Denmark - 'Tell me who you are' is brilliant. Ireland 2013 still blows my mind, Ryan Dolan was great and certainly didn't deserve last :) Austria 2015, so passionate, such an injustice. Jamie-Lee 2016 Ghost shocker.
Fun fact: My first ever eurovision song I've ever heard was in 2009 during my summer vacation and it was "Fairytale" by Alexander Rybak, but the catch is that I didn't know about Eurovision yet! I still listen to it nowadays!
I'm so sad that you didn't like the Spanish song "¿Quien maneja mi barca?", probably the best zero point song ever. It should be noted that the music style was authentic Andalucian, and that the singer was barefoot.
Black Smoke, O Jardim and Bigger Than Us finishing last are the biggest crimes from this list. And overall there are many great songs that didn't deserve it.
I agree with you the biggest injustice is Portugal in 2018. O Jardim is a best song and the singers are great too so I really don't understand why Europe leave Portugal last...

Hmm, I saw a lot of Finland, UK, Norway, Iceland entries finishing last? The biggest injustice for me will always be 1983 Spain, Remedios Amaya, a typical, original flamenco singer(a Roma descendent from South Spain) combined with modern pop of the 80's. This entry was really ethnic, the first one in the ESC history and it paved the way for other ethnic entries in the next decades. This entry made also a strong social point in Germany back then, and that is why it finished last. The singer was told from the stage director back then to change her shoes because they did not match to her beautiful night gown she was gonna wear on stage. Remedios said, this "ugly guy"(the German stage director) told her to do this in a very loud and commanding manner. Then he went on to say that the very beautiful black gown she was gonna wear, was too dark for the lightening of the stage. So Remedios did not say anything, and last minute she decided to go on stage with the casual robe she was wearing in the official clip for the song, and for shoes, she just chose to go barefoot!!! And this was a big shock back then for all ESC viewers and fans of the 80's. Because back then, ESC was a pretty conservative show. Remedios Amaya, after a long pause in her singing career, went on to a make a big career in her country. Today she is considered one of the best flamenco singers ever. Too bad, it seems, I 'm the only one who seems to appreciate this entry so much. Plus, I find the song very interesting, different and passionate
Now theres a band the UK can put into Eurovision. All of their songs sounds like Eurovision. but i dont want UK band Steps to go into Eurovision they dont need to go into that competion but S club 7 i can totally see going into Eurovision.
The 1992 Finnish representative actually sung the Finnish version of the original "DuckTales" cartoon series theme song back in the 80s. He's since passed on, though. :(
When it comes to last placings in the early years of Eurovision, it's more which song gave the least impact compared to the rest of the entries that year, due to the voting system of 1 person = 1 vote. The early 1960s was simply a bloodbath when it came to last placings. From 1962-1965, 4 countries would get nul points, and in 1966 two countries got nothing. This was due to the voting system at the time where each country would give their Top 3 (1962,1964-1966) or top 5 (1963) songs points. I think the first "cringy" performance in Eurovision would be Switzerland in 1967. It's pretty tough to distinguish a "bad" entry when most of them are at most "meh." I really enjoyed your video! As for Sweden and 1963, it's their only Nul Points in the history of the contest, and only one of two times they were last in the contest. As for the biggest injustice...actually the dual nul points in 2015 for Austria & Germany. If the current voting system was in place that year, Austria would have been 23rd & Germany would have 25th. UK would have been last...again. I mean it's not great but both of them would have received points.
2015 was a bizarre year.. Neither Germany no Austria deserved Nul Points. I suppose if I werrent lazy I would go dig up the split vote from 2015 and see how AUT/GER would ahve done with the new split voting.
I know "Fight for this love" what a tune bro!!! I love that you love Cheryl so much! I listened to Robbie Williams when I was a little girl! Get the taste there!
Finland 2009 is a jam. Sadly it suffers from a subpar live cut and honestly, it was too ahead of the times in 2009 to get on people's radars and make people vote for it. It is a bop in the studio version and the chorus is so damn catchy. It was certainly an injustice that it came last.
I really loved France 2014, Germany 2016 and Portugal 2018! Ver sad that they got last. I'm aware not many people like Germany 2016, but I really can't understand why the other two came last :/
Haha, at 9:45 those are just how our y, ö and ä vowels sound like xD She sang "Kun kello käy, se liian paljon lyö, on kohta päättynyt yö, taas alkaa arkinen työ" which means "When the clock runs, it strikes too much, soon the night has ended, the mundane work starts again"
I still listen to black smoke , lose control and bigger than us. The rest I didn't like. Though in my Eurovision playlist I do have some low scoring songs and some actual winners I never listen to. For example 2015 ( strongest year imo) Sweden not even in my top 10 but Germany was. X
Robbed: Spain 1962 (I'm still listening to that one even today) Belgium 1973 Sweden 1977 Norway 1978 Finland 1980 (I'm still listening to that one even today) Belgium 1985 (I'm still listening to that one even today) Norway 1990 (I'm still listening to that one even today) Belgium 2000 Iceland 2001 (I'm still listening to that one even today) Denmark 2002 (I'm still listening to that one even today) Austria 2015 Germany 2015 (I'm still listening to that one even today) Germany 2016 (I'm still listening to that one even today) The rest of them was pretty well deserved...

Officially there was only one last place, Germany in 2015. Austria and Germany both finished with zero points, but Austria was placed 26th and Germany 27th because Austria performed before Germany.
My fave last places from Eurovision are Stay and Only Love Survives. They are great songs and have great vocals but not so much in the lyrics. I also think Moustache, I’m Yours and Black Smoke were robbed too. From 2012-2015 essentially all the last were robbed. I don not agree with Portugal 2018. I do not hate it but it is not my favourite last place. But Monsters was robbed more than O Jardim. 25th was just so undeserved.
Belgium 1993 is why there is a Babara Dex award for 'worst' outfit. My favorite last places are Austria 1991, Iceland 2001, Malta 2006, Finland 2009, Norway 2012, France 2014, Austria 2015 and UK 2019, I don't think they should have been last place
Very nice reaction! Here's my list of undeserved last places: 1962 Spain, 1965 Spain, 1975 Turkey, 1983 Spain, 1996 Finland, 2002 Denmark, 2009 Finland, 2012 Norway, 2014 France, 2015 Austria, 2018 Portugal and 2019 UK.
@@Lukeovision Well, nope, it's a quite hard thing to do. But I'll try 😊 1962: Austria, who shared the last place with Spain 1965: Belgium, who shared the last place with Spain 1975: Norway 1983: Denmark 1996: Iceland 2002: Romania 2009: Sweden 2012: France 2014: Belarus (hardest year to pick because all songs were decent) 2015: Albania 2018: Norway 2019: Germany
@@tonyjohansson7567 I like those picks for last place! Even though 2018 Norway is a huge guilty pleasure of mine. Imagine Rybak being so high from his win in 2009 to coming back in last place in 2018! Also - SORRY GERMANY ZERO POINTS (2019) hahahaha Savage
2010 - deserved 2011 - slightly harsh but not too bothered about it 2012 - robbed in my top 5 that year 2013 - harsh 2014 - robbed 2015 - both robbed 2016 - fair enough 2017 - deserved 2018 - feels harsh but were a lot of great songs that year 2019 - deserved
Right?! Cheryl is a UK Icon! You'd love her songs Sis. Fight for This Love Call My Name Parachute Promise This The Flood Crazy Stupid Love Love Made Me Do It Let You I Don't Care Under The Sun Are all so quirky and fun!
Malta 1972, Belgium 1979, Spain 1983, Austria 1984, Cyprus 1986, Norway 1990, Finland 1990, Finland 1992, Belgium 1993, Lithuania 1994, Finland 1996, Norway 1997, Denmark 2002, Norway 2004, Malta 2006, UK 2008, Finland 2010, Switzerland 2011, Norway 2012 and Austria 2015 did not deserve being at last place.
Ronnie Tober was (almost) robbed! It is not perfect (orchestra backing is a bit loud, performance is overly "Knowing", and it suffered from the "second up" curse) but it is not a last place by any means.
Me, a Norwegian: OUR TIME TO SHINE lol
Guttastemning
You can do it, Norway! Your Swedish brothers are cheering for you. ❤️️
Ja herlighet
At least a lot of unfair nil points and Norway is in my opinion much better and with more original songs than Sweden!
Sweden 1963 should have won

One of my favourite finnish entries. They deserved to be in top 10.And also many entries of Finland didnt deserve to be last.Finland’s every entry in my list especially every song before 2000s

The fact that the 1960s already took up ~6.15 mins of the video ~3:45 - ~10:00
The song for Portugal in 1974 launched a Revolution (back home, called "the Carnation Revolution") in Portugal.
BLACK SMOKE IS ONE OF MY FAVE SONGS EVER. And considering what she had to endure to get there...

And what she was wearing is pretty tame compared to many of the people who have "won" that award.
Very nice reaction!
Here's my list of undeserved last places:
1962 Spain, 1965 Spain, 1975 Turkey, 1983 Spain, 1996 Finland, 2002 Denmark, 2009 Finland, 2012 Norway, 2014 France, 2015 Austria, 2018 Portugal and 2019 UK.
I am inclined to agree with you Tony! But could you easily replace them with another track?
@@Lukeovision Well, nope, it's a quite hard thing to do. But I'll try 😊
1962: Austria, who shared the last place with Spain
1965: Belgium, who shared the last place with Spain
1975: Norway
1983: Denmark
1996: Iceland
2002: Romania
2009: Sweden
2012: France
2014: Belarus (hardest year to pick because all songs were decent)
2015: Albania
2018: Norway
2019: Germany
@@tonyjohansson7567 I like those picks for last place! Even though 2018 Norway is a huge guilty pleasure of mine. Imagine Rybak being so high from his win in 2009 to coming back in last place in 2018!
Also - SORRY GERMANY ZERO POINTS (2019) hahahaha Savage
Am in love 😍 13:50
Portugal 1997 dreamy and beautiful. Top 10.
2010 - deserved
2011 - slightly harsh but not too bothered about it
2012 - robbed in my top 5 that year
2013 - harsh
2014 - robbed
2015 - both robbed
2016 - fair enough
2017 - deserved
2018 - feels harsh but were a lot of great songs that year
2019 - deserved
To be fair you are very right, 2018 had so many strong songs! Someone has to come last right?
@@Lukeovision true
Turkey 1975 is still a big hit in Turkey
I heard it just now! I actually love this song!!! I love this "Alouette" part! Such a bop! I have no words! WOW! 😍😍👏👏👏👏
Right?! Cheryl is a UK Icon!
You'd love her songs Sis.
Fight for This Love
Call My Name
Parachute
Promise This
The Flood
Crazy Stupid Love
Love Made Me Do It

Are all so quirky and fun!
Corry Brokken won in 1957 and ended last in 1958, interesting
Who is Corry Brokken?
@@eurovisionwithsis-thepower7524 A former dutch singer. The second winner of the eurovision song contest.
@@jakobwithak9979 Gotta look it up! Gotta react to it!
Malta 1972, Belgium 1979, Spain 1983, Austria 1984, Cyprus 1986, Norway 1990, Finland 1990, Finland 1992, Belgium 1993, Lithuania 1994, Finland 1996, Norway 1997, Denmark 2002, Norway 2004, Malta 2006, UK 2008, Finland 2010, Switzerland 2011, Norway 2012 and Austria 2015 did not deserve being at last place.
Like seriously most of these are actually decent
RIGHT?!
Luke White most of the not so good songs just don’t make the final
I liked twin twin and the makemakes
And yeah michael rice song was wrong shouldve been Jordan clark
The reason gemani got 0 cause of Techical faults and their ear peices can't hear.
9:32 The problem is that she sang in Finnish and had to work with all those ö sounds. She would have sounded much better in English.
I guess it sounds ugly for non-Finnish speakers when saying something in Finnish which includes "yö" in a word.
Finland 1996 a top 10 song
Unbelievable Cyprus 1986
Ronnie Tober was (almost) robbed! It is not perfect (orchestra backing is a bit loud, performance is overly "Knowing", and it suffered from the "second up" curse) but it is not a last place by any means.
Lmao you've dedicated a whole video to Spain 👀👀. We always get the last positions.
OMG this comment killed me!
portugal 2018 was so robbed !
HUGELY!
Spain 1999 and Germany 2015 got robbed
