One of the reasons Msholozi is powerful is because he didn't finish school. Most of the Nigerians we support in town never finish school, yet they run their businesses successfully.
Unrelated but watching this video and comparing them to your newer ones has made me realize that your communication skills, charisma and body language (on camera)has gotten way better.
I have met many Zimbabwe citizens in Canada and for some reason I noticed that their education system is superior to other African countries. Study the Zimbabwe system and you have a solution to your problem.
