      The Lineup is my favorite part of the Haircut. I do my best to get it as sharp and Exquisite as possible. I don’t recommend the razor in particular areas for some individuals but definitely does the trick to get that Line to Look 3-D!

    🔥 Did you zero gap your Gamma+ trimmers, or that's out the box?

      I do Zero Gap my tools. If you are talking about the Cyborg Trimmer is straight out of the box, GAMMA+ has a BEAST!

    gamma clipper is among the best, the blade does not get hot after a full hour of use which is fantastic. it is also very quiet and you can hear it cutting your hair, which is a very nice feeling. the downside is the weight. Do you know why it weighs so much?

    • @j.exquisitegrooming
      @j.exquisitegrooming  6 месяцев назад

      I personally really appreciate the weight. I believe it’s to help keep controlled especially with tighter blends for example small Taper areas or Low(Drop)Fades for example. The weight is something that I believe you appreciate more after understanding the mechanics of it all. The precision you receive stability helps keep hand under control for a consistent smooth clean cut.

      @@j.exquisitegrooming You are absolutely right. it is super quality on gamma cyborg clipper. I haven't bought a trimmer yet. it is perhaps the quietest machine on the market and the blade never gets hot. I am super satisfied!

    Dope content man. I ended up getting the silver gamma blade that comes on the cyborg for my saber trimmer and the blade bites even with the cutting blade not set really close. Any suggestions? The gold blade that came with my sabers always snagged the skin under the neck or balding out the temple area

    • @j.exquisitegrooming
      @j.exquisitegrooming  8 месяцев назад

      The Saber Trimmer is smooth and The Blade that comes with it is The Gold WIDE Fixed Xpro and of course THE ONE Cutter same for Cyborg just silver. Anyway usually a lot of us me included. Instead of using a Balding tool specifically. We barbers find it easier to use a trimmer for balding out which they aren’t designed for so sometimes the issues we run into like snagging happen but usually instead of using the full blade. Going in with half placed on the skin. Putting the blade on a angle usually helps by focusing the corner first. I say the best way to solve snagging is zero gapping. Now when you zero gap you have to switch up your routine with finger placement that helps with guide(fixed) blade, be angled properly to avoid the cutter from cutting skin. Zero gapping can be overkill in my opinion sometimes all you need to do is adjust to that sweet spot that works for you this will take time in most cases because you have to adjust and try it carefully on yourself and on multiple people with different hair and skin types until it’s right but it’s worth it. Also some peoples skin may not welt others will welt up a bit then you have those which inevitably literally always will welt regardless to what blade you use. Now I do agree that Cyborg Blade is Sharp a Hitter out of the box type of ready. I feel that they come very sharp set at standard 0.3mm I believe mine maybe possibly be Zero Gapped already. That Silver Cyborg Blade requires some experience as in just putting time in with it otherwise just work on finger placement and not rushing and remembering to angle Blade properly. Trimmer Blades nowadays are almost really just being focused on Lineup work. So maybe consider adding the skin to your collection otherwise try switching up the cutting routine and let me know how that works.
