This guy is awesome, just got a new subscriber. Seems like everyone else either treats you like an idiot and spends countless minutes explaining something that doesn't need explaining but then flies right over or skips steps on things that NEED to be gone over step by step.
Thank you man. Easy and clean tutorial. Like and Subscribe deserved 👍
Nice video, very clear explanation, easy to understand for anyone using a pc, thanks Very much for helping the community 🤘🏻.
Do you have to log back into your micrsoft account after or is it just your pin ?
You have done a Great job 👏
Didn't know you had the option to keep your data through the USB method. I'll definitely go with that method since installation assistant didn't work out for me (it got stuck at 99% at the installation part).
Thanks man explained so nicely and slowly with proper wording so anyone can understand. Helped a lot thanks again,
I love you so much for this, thank you thank you thank you, it's easy to follow especially for a beginner like me 😭 I hope your life is blessed with everything good and both side of your pillow will always be cold and your cable will always be long enough to reach your bed 😄
Bro nice video i needed this for my new laptop didnt know how to install windows when it was on bios so now you got me sorted thanks man.
Thank you, you where very kind to explain all
I will be getting a new PC soon and I never install win 11 on USB or just generally install so I wanted to see all
Thank you, this was helpful!
Best ever video I have watched other videos gave me serious anxiety… simplest guidance for install… Thank you
Beautifully done , partner.
This vid helped me install windows 11 on my ssd through a usb. No youtube video was thorough as yours!!!
Best video I've found. Thank you so much!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much, I don’t think if there is any thing easier than this. 100% thank you sire 🙏🥰
Thanks Very Helpful Video
Thank you, this was helpful! A lot of the other videos I watched honestly gave me anxiety about the upgrade process, this one helped me feel more confident!
You are incredibly helpful friend Thankyou so much
That, enable secure boot did the trick! Thanks kid! Love your style...
Thank you so much for this easy tutorial 😀
Thank You, Explained all steps really well. Fantastic
excellent instructional video.. thanks.
Fantastic Vid. Stills works today
Simple and nice explanation
The microsoft account during the initial setup is not a requirement, that comes up only if you have the machine connected to the internet. Unplug the network cable during the install before it reaches the setup stage and it will create a local account. I did that during my install from a usb as I don't want the microsoft account signed in on the entire device.
It's great and useful I really needed it 🥰❤️
I kept trying to download windows 11 disk image to a 32gb usb and it would get just over 4gb and fail saying device was full. Thanks so much for your video!
This video was really helpful. Thank you so much!
Great video , thanks!!
Very thank you you helped me hand you very much 😊
Just what I needed. I need to do a flesh install to upgrade my Dell Computer to SSD Drive (because of how Dell Configured my Laptop, I was not able to use the clone drive option.)
My Dell G3 has a crap partition. From 1Tb storage, they made a 100Gb O.S. Now I can`t do a straight D/L and install as the O.S. memory is too small. Taking another 100Gb off 1 Tb is minimal. They should have made the 'C' drive 200Gb minimum.
Very useful, thanks! One question: I need to do this to upgrade the SSD on my new Surface Pro 8 for Business (expected in a few days). So, do I need to record the Windows 11 Pro key before doing this process and enter that key after installing with the bootable USB?
I Like this guy....thanks CNET
This man needs a Nobel peace prize for making it so simple
Don't lower the bar of that award anymore then it already is.
@@DisappointedSon0813 haha women
It's worked. I appreciate to your help. ❤
I like the whole video nice work 😎😎
Thank you for giving me more information on how to install windows 11🙏🙏😊
lovin my windows 11! so good!😊
Wow best video. This should rank top 3 in Google. Thank you so much
Thank you very much
Tq so much
Atleast something got right on my bday
As much as I immediately want Windows 11, if history is any indication I should wait to install and let people figure out the bugs
100 % correct.
Just installed and soo much bugs for real. Still feels like a beta.
No need. The kernel is mostly the same so it's basically a windows 10 makeup.
is it good to install now or no?
@@fabian_ftn6604 from what I've read till now, and I don't read much, it's still a No
Nicely explained video
You can still install Windows 11 even if you don't read the requirements. It's actually says on Microsoft website on how to bypass this
Not recommended too
good Job :)
Thank you! I made the mistake of downloading zoom app which came with pc App Store. Next thing I began getting spam advertisements. Tried to reset to a previous windows because add/remove hardware didn’t work. Next thing windows crashed and I had to re-download it.
Hello,
I've chosen to update to Windows 11 and my screen keeps turning on and off again as if it's going to actually load into the computer. Is this normal? The only interaction I can have with my PC without it turning off is accessing the BIOS.
thanks a lot ♥️♥️
Thx a lot
Great thanks
It's been like a month trying to get everything right. I'm pretty well done with windows at this point.
thx for help
Thx mate
Thanks 👍👍
Thank you so MUCH! I was able to following along your tutorial as I performed my first Windows 11 install from a usb device. It went Splendidly!
thank you champ
yup this will help (only took a few hours… because my pc is goofy ahh under production slow)
Hello, Good video and explanation. Very clear ! However one question. Can is FIRST install win 11 with the installation assistant and AFTER the complete installation of win 11, download the bootable win on usb ? Can this be done ? Thanks in advance and keep up the good work ! Grtz from Belgium
Yes this should be possible
Thank you
At 8:04 you have to take off the USB stick before the restart begins. Otherwise you will stay in a endless looooop! The other important information is that you should take your windows key off the system before you do a full recovery. Most of the people don't have their product key anymore... So please include more informations the next time!
Crucial info, maybe pin this comment or add this info in the description.
@@uknwwho2984 should be common sense . The boot order is still utilizing the drive
will a external hard drive be good to create the bootable device
Today i got Windows 11 Update on my Galaxy Book...
Its really amazing
It’s that like a laptop
TIP: I couldn't see my bootable USB on a boot list when restarting Windows. No BIOS options helped. I figured out that for some laptops (in my case: Acer Swift 3) it's needed to set the ISO image in Rufus (or other ISO burner) to be configured with GPT not MBR setting. It helped.
Yes, this is obvious when you use UEFI.
Bro please help. I’m also using swift 3 but unable to update by following above steps.😐😐
Will you download a legitimate windows 11 version on the USB usable on a new pc without any OS ? or is it still gonna ask you for a product key after you install windows from the usb on a new PC ?
Thanks
Does the installer let you choose an EFI mount and the partition to install OS separately? I dont want to wipe the entire disk and let windows do what it wants to do. I need custom controls to decide what goes where. Is that possible with this installer? Also, how big is the EFI partition that is created automatically?
Thanku sir
informative
Everytime after the installation finishes its weird my computer boots through the installation from the USB over and over again after every installation like a loop. What am I doing wrong?
Why doesn't my new windows 11 doesn't have all the features that everyone seems to have?
Like the many touchpad gestures, screen auto rotate functions (for my compatible laptop) and so on.
Thanks!
thanks
That spinning microsoft circle gives me nightmares 😳😳
thank you, but it is necessary to sign in to Microsoft account ?
and must i put a password or this is optional?
Btw, you forgot to add the link in the description. Nice video though
Awesome
Can I bypass the secure boot requirement by installing Win11 from an USB? or the installation wizard will notice that at some point?
In the UEFI, when I try to boot through usb, secure boot doesn't allow me to boot it
8:32 "after a few more reboots". Empirically, how long would this process be? I have been stuck here in a black screen for an hour.
Very helpful info. Unfortunately, my processor (Intel® Core™ i5-5200U Processor @ 2.20GHz) doesn't afford me the ability to install.
i5-4200 @1.6Ghz, clock speed is 2.3 GHz ineligible as well
It's ineligible for processors below 8th Gen
@Hugo Sr2123 I have checked my 7th Gen Laptop and it’s ineligible for Windows 11. Eventually with further patch releases, there will be prompt for the lower gen cpus.
Can I ask how much Flash Drive GB do I need to save window 11 for my old computer?
So this might be a stupid question, but when is it ok to unplug the usb?
What should I do if when it asks where to install the Windows, it doesn't show me the C driver?
I had to set secure boot to Windows UEFI mode to get the USB flash drive to recognise my PC as being compatible with W11.
When I boot through USB I am not shown the harddrive where I can install Win11. Any thoughts?
Hi I have downloaded the bootable usb option from the offical site but can’t get it to boot from the usb to do a clean install my windows 10 usb works fine but I have tried 3 differnt usb sticks and re downloaded 3 times same thing just won’t boot into the setup for windows 11 .. my pc is high end and meets all the requirements according to the pc check for windows 11 any ideas ?
Thanks. I will try on my backup laptop first.
How did you get to the option to boot the USB?
The Windows 11 Update caused my PC to boot loop... Tryin this in a moment
What my processer isn't currently supported for Windows 11?
I built a new PC so no operating system yet. And the usb they sent me looks small and weird, looking for what I do with that
Hi thanks for the good info. I have a question. Just today my HP spectre laptop that I got this year. the computerl let me know that my computer was ready to upgrade to Windows 11. So I upgraded. The download took maybe and hour and a half. But then asked me to restart. I restarted my laptop 2 hours ago and it's still loading I mean the Hp logo appears with and circle going round and it's been so long. My question is, is this normal? How long is the process once one hits restart? Should I shut down my laptop or wait? Please help me
same its happening to me
any updates?
7:29 I don't have Windows Product key, since my laptop came with win10, so how do I activate my PC? Is the product key linked to my Microsoft account??
@TINU MATHEW so u just login and it'll activate automatically??
@@Yathuprem yes exactly
Everytime i get to step 3 out of 3 the percentage never reaches 100% and it just resets the percentage and it says to restart the setup. Anyone know how to fix this?
So my windows got corrupted while updating and power got cut off. now I'm having problems my PC keeps going straight to "Updates are underway" I'm on windows 11 by the way. can I do this and choose upgrade to keep my files while installing fresh windows 11?
Why can't I upgrade to windows 11. It gets up to 60% after I restart and then it says "Undoing Changes made to this computer" then when it boots back up, it's still windows 10
I currently have 4 Hard drives connected to my PC. My OS is on a separate SSD and I don't have any important files in that. My question is: Will I loose all the files from my other hard drives if i do a clean reinstall of Windows 11?
Late answer but no
Brother I have problem on my computer sometimes don’t want to get on,and sometimes gone on for 1 minute then off and please help
mt surface pro 5 isnt eligable for update, last surface product for me
I am running it on the FIRST Surface Pro and it works fine.
What if it’s a new pc without OS? How can I check?
Do I need to back up my photos and important files saved in window 10 before upgrade to window 11?
Just Incase yes
