    Hey, just want you to know this means a lot to me. I am going into my senior year of high school and decided to quit soccer after this past season to peruse running which I was better at. Like you I trained during the winter and ended up running similar junior year times. This summer I have been training hard and it’s really reassuring and inspiring to see someone in such a similar situation accomplish something I aspire to do.

      @@devonnavaroli6592 I’m senior in high school. I’m decent at soccer. I play on an academy team but I’m also very talented at running. Without ever practicing running, I have a 5k pr of 16:06 and got 26th at state meet. I love soccer so much that I train every single day but I don’t have any good offers yet, however I have couple D1 offers for running. I like running too but I haven’t took the offer yet because I’m so afraid that the regret of quitting soccer will hunt me forever. Did you regret quitting soccer when you started running? If yes, how were you able to get over it and be happy with the decision you made and Pursue running? Please help as we have so much in common

    • @ChaseEasterling
      @ChaseEasterling  5 лет назад +2

      I had good grades, so not a lot was said about grades. If your grades are bad though schools could turn you down. At the end of the day you're a student first!
