- Today I do a full comparison between the Royal Kludge RK61 , Obins Lab's Anne Pro 2 and the Ducky One 2 Mini to determine which is the best 60% mechanical gaming keyboard in 2020. I do a comparison between the RGB lights, build quality and I also do a sound test between Khail box browns (Anne Pro 2), Gateron browns (RK61) and Cherry MX blues (Ducky). RK61 destroys everything in the budget segment. I got mine for 28$ on discount. It's been amazing and my GF started sculpting custom keycaps for me.

Rk61 sounds the best out of all of them in my opinion, ESPECIALLY THAT ITS SO CHEAP! Im buying the RK61 today because i can tell its an amazing keyboard, also the lighting on the rk61 is so bright and nice!

@@Truvv sk61 has beter keycaps, its PBT. sk61 has a more better layout for sure and it doesnt feel cheap.
I went with the RK61 because it was on sale at $45 (including tax and free shipping) on the Kludge site. I do kinda wish I got the RK61 Pro though, not for the LED lighting (I'm just going to set it to blue anyway) but for the aluminum chassis.

Doesn't make much sense for a smaller keyboard to be more expensive then full size ones. The mechanical keyboard companies need some work... These are just buttons with mechanical switches.

rk61 is cheap and is very useful for personal customization, I've dyed my own keycaps and custom painted my keyboard case with some very *thocky* stabs :D

Rk61 user here. It's been 7 months using it, lubed it and changed the keycap to GMK Olivia. Best budget overall if you ask me. Fyi, the switches used on rk61 are not gaterons, instead they are from royal kludge themselves

Anne pro 2 and RK61 is alot cheaper here in Philippines specially in christmas sale and decided to order one to replace my red dragon and AK999.

The rk61 now allows up to 5 BT, 2.4ghz, and cable connections...., or so they claim.. The 2.4Ghz both seem really stable..
the RK61 got updated recently and now supportsswitch hot-swap for both 3 and 5 pin switches!

my friend has the rk61 and it has bugs and dosent always work. that helped me chose the anne pro 2

The best one is the ducky one 2 mini but if your going on a budget get the RK61
I think AP2 is better, good software and so customized shortcut (rly important for 60% keyb). More switches choice (gateron are better imo pre lubed factory), better build quality and the stabs are a LOT better. Keycaps are better on the AP2 tho.

Yeah it is pretty similar
there is a gk61 that has gateron optical switches. really i think is beats both the ducky and the anne pro2. the gateron optical blacks are insanely good for the price your spending. heres a link

Got my rk61 yesterday 2 hours in, it stopped working
same. when i try to type / it wont work. Never buying anything from them again
i have a ducky one2 mini and other than the rgb options i wouldnt really recommend it, if u twitst the two plastic shells it literally screeches, cleaning under the keycaps aee hard because an air punp thing pushes it to the bottom of the shell meaning you would have to open the keyboard to get rid of the mess, cherry switches also arent my favorite so getting the rk61 and anne pro 2 are much better options, my rubber feet literally fell off and i dont even move my keyboard around. idk this is just my opinion and review

@@abdsaad red for the smooth and fast clicks, blue for the loudest clicks and the feel of the keyboard being pressed, and brown for the sweet in between of not being too loud while having that click feeling
Meanwhile somehow here in Vietnam where the Rk61 is just about 699.000 VND = around $30 :D

I would have enough money, I would buy the Anne Pro 2 because it's more sturdy and the keycaps are better.
But for now, I'll just stick in Redragon Fizz keyboard
well in my opinion i'd say that the KEMOVE snowfox61 or the DK beats all of them execpt the ducky one 2 mini (bc DO2 is faster than the kemove_ but still it's more durable than the one 2 mini. I am not saying the keyboards are bad but in my preference the KEMOVE is better.

How does RK71 the rgb light compared to RK61, is it dimmer or the same?
It should be roughly the same though I have not tried it out
i have the rk71. The lights are dim for sure but u might be able to change that by replacing the stock abs keycaps with some pudding keycaps

You shouldn't go with Anne Pro 2 if you're intending to use it for Mac OS X Catalina or higher with Bluetooth. There's a Bluetooth connection issue.

Im playing mostly fps shooters and the Anne Pro2 is just worth it.!!! good workmanship and very good performance. Of course, only the cherry switches come into question for me another reason for this keyboard. :)

The keycap on rk61 is so bad n terrible because it's ABS. So i change the rk61 keycap with Anne pro 2 keycap on my rk61. Feel very great 👍🏼 you guys should try it

Neither of the three. RK61 Pro has a full aluminum case, wireless capabilities and PBT keycaps. It's just a few dollars more than the RK61 and well under the Anne Pro 2 and Ducky One 2 Mini. At present the RK61 Pro model is $63 making it cheaper than the standard model was a year ago.

Let me save you all the trouble. RK61 beats both Anne Pro 2 & ducky one 2 mini. Especially with the price differences & it's similar functionalities with the other keyboards

If you can get the new hot swappable version of the Rk61 I would go with that if not I would go for the Anne Pro 2

rk61 browns sound so damn good its worth every penny. The only problem is the software and arrow keys, where the anne pro 2 wins since you can map to the arrows to jikl + magic caps lock. its wonderful, if only rk61 let you do that without having to pull your hair out dealing with thier aweful software

It depends which seller you buy it off on Amazon I believe. It should say when you choose the type of switches
