Savitar is an awesome character and after rewatching a scene from flash i can confirm that the blue turns red when flash was in the suit so you can technically make a red varient of the blue
Make the reverse flash from the CW flash show, also I think you should change the lightning on the hands to white because that is the color his lightning generates.

Hey blitzwinger I love your lego channel because you help me with my games a lot so I found a money exploit on level 11 palace approach you can go to the point were it atomicly changes your character so you are standing on the back off the tank don't move just press y or square and you will go back into shooting mode and won't move and can get a lot of studs
these lego games really need to add a big fig speedster and make it to where you can have a big fig custom character. it would be super easy and lots of people would love it. I just don't see the harm in having that option in the game, you know.
The problem with the everything unlocked but something locked happened to me in Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 I know I have every character unlocked but it says I have what looks like Mysterio's "Gold-Fish bowl" helmet

One thing i don’t like about the customs is that you can’t change the color of a speedsters speed lighting and its just red at default
What you could do is give Savitar the ability change size, because he kinda does that on the flash, but would speed carry over when change sizes

For the helmet try using owl mans head for savitars helmet
I used black lightnings legs and chest
I also used mazahs arms
I used a custom head the ones with white eyes + reigns mask
I used some packs
And owl mans eyes are a light blue
looks cool but i think the last one would have been better with the fate helmet
Use batmans mask you can change the colors of the eyes on the batman mask
