I used to be extremely organized & efficient, with everything in it's place. I would clean the house every weekend, vacuum & dust bathroom, but as I have gotten older, I just could care less & now it shows. It looks like someone broke in my house & destroyed it. Always enjoy your videos. About the old car, 1946 to 1948 Chevrolet. My dad drove a 1948 just like it in late 1950's and early 1960's. We would lean way back in the back seat so we wouldn't be seen. . We wanted a shiny new car. We didn't appreciate the nice new home our dad built for us. Age old problem! Really we had a good life. Just kids. Keep on trapping.
I would never live in a mobile home in a tornado zone. That is insane! You don’t have anywhere to go unless you have a storm shelter and a darn good weather radio that will wake you up. Mobile homes are death traps. I would never live in one, even in a non-tornado zone. Hopefully, David will buy his honey a nice house with a basement.
You can use straw in the doghouse(on top of the cedar), it insulates so much better. I worked for a humane society for 20yrs, and we'd hand out bales when able to help insulate dog houses.
My heart is breaking for those folks in Rolling Fork…. The weather this year has been so rainy and so windy!,,,While I was in Wyoming…the wind blew so hard!!! Now here in Ohio it’s been raining and last week the blew and was clocked at 65 mile an hour…. The old car was so cool….I bet you are right…it was a boot loggers car….Another great video David…. YAWT YAWT MAN , get 2 plastic pallets and screw the dog house to the plastic pallet! Never have to worry about the pallet getting rotten. Make sure you put a washer down before you screw it so it don't pull through.

I think someone used that olé car for target practice, we used to have old Studebaker down in our woods and was having a cook out and heard shots down in the woods, come to find out my nephews who were young at the time thought they would use it for target practice, needless to say they found a switch on their back side, lol. Put the dog houses up on pallets so they are up off the ground and get them some old blankets for in their houses. They will keep them in better than the shavings. Thats what we did for our dogs and they loved it.

I have a family member that loses his receipts, I told him to get a cheap basket in his truck and just put the receipts in that and put a rock on them to keep them from flying out. Then he can sort them out later. Your dog looks like my labradoodle, Ahri.

a little tip about keeping your receipts in order. what i have done so they dont end up on the truck dash or glove box and forgotten about until they are time expired and useless is i have made a habit of putting any receipt i get is to always put them in my left hand back pocket as soon as i receive them. the back right hand pocket is for the wallet. as soon as i get home i empty all the receipts out of it into a calendar that has a pouch for every month which will go to the accountant at year end. hope that might help you
I'd take pictures of receipts with my camera as a backup.Then putting them into a file cabinet. Next thing is a spread sheet and back them up on the puter with a finger drive if paranoid of losing the whole hard drive.

David, that old Chevy was probably shot up after it was abandoned there. I’ve seen a lot of that over the years.

Concrete bricks underneath my doghouse, eliminated water in the floor. I also drilled some drain hole in the floor.
