Yea i noticed that too and its a in game thing and not a pverlay thing bc when he does die the skull and x goes over the portrait so unless he edited that all in its a actual glitch

It's just lucio doing whiteface, the devs decided to not release this skin as they thought it would be too controversial. However it seems they forgot to remove the player icon from the game.

Lucio is the only hero who actually benefits from that because of his low ammunition count if you engage in a fight and run out, you are pretty much dead because of the long reload animation

yo why if you have all or mostly all lucio skins, only plays with the mosth simpliest, i know that classics never dissapoint and dont missunderestand me, those are cool but it would be less monotone if you change each skin for video or somethin like that, gets bored to see the same 2 skins

in most tourneys like this they require default skins for both silhoutte recognition as well as some skins (ie raijin ashe skin) are clunky amd could effect gameplay because of their visuals
