+Paul Hoggett I'm glad it was of help to you. I pulled my hair out trying to figure out how to get back to stock settings, so I could start from scratch because I had a vibration / shimmy problem on my tail boom. I had to reduce the filter to a lower setting after increasing the motor power and the rudder input to get rid of the shimmy. It finally worked. Now the heli flies like a charm, rock solid and stable.
+Nicholas “NLBheating” Bobel I was just about to buy a 200srx but after your comment about the 230s I began research and ended getting a 230s instead! And a big thanks to you because I didn't know about it until you said on here. The 230s really is a great heli as well. But I'm glad you are enjoying your 200 as it's also a nice heli
+Paul Hoggett Very cool, Paul. Enjoy that 230. Now if they are available, I'm going to have to order mine. A little bigger, a lot easier to see at greater distances.
Great video bro. I was about to drive my car over it as I have been pulling my hair out to the point of baldness. Thanks to your video I have it running much better. Do you know how to restore to factory settings? I would be like to see just how bad it would fly then. Thanks again, Doodboy1
+DOOODBOY1 They really don't "tell" you how to restore the factory settings. But, as long as you have downloaded the sheet from the Horizon Website which shows all 4 parameter settings and how to tell when you are in each parameter it's real simple to set everything up. I found that I had to adjust one parameter then hold the bind switch to let the swash plate do it's thing to let me know that the adjustment was saved. Then I start all over go to the next parameter that I want to set and hold the bind switch to save it. I would recommend setting each parameter individually, one at a time, then save. THE FACTORY SETTING FOR EACH OF THE (4) PARAMETERS IS 100% FOR EACH ONE. Hope this helps.
Hi Nicholas. If you could help me please, my 200 sr x has begun to suck the power out of freshly and fully charged batteries in 2-3 mins. I was able to fly for up to 10 mins. no problem, starting at 12.6 volts and dropping to 11.3 volts after 10 mins, and now its at 11.3 volts after 2-3 mins. Any idea what could do this ? I can fly the 230 s with the same batteries with no problem. ESC maybe ? Thank you.
+james tremain Maybe an ESC. I had to return my first 200 SRX to the hobby shop after about five flights, the main motor fried. The called Horizon Hobbies and Horizon told them to give me a new kit. So they gave me a brand new complete RTF kit and took the original back. No problems with new one. But I have read about some ESC issues. I recommend calling Horizon Hobbies and talking to their experts. They stand behind their products and they are very nice to deal with.
Can anyone tell me if the rear rotor motor is supposed to spin right away as soon the main rotor starts on the Blade 200 srx. I just can't seem to get mine to run. It runs for a few seconds then stops dead. I have changed the tail motor and the ESC and all of the wires are new. Can anyone offer a fix for this. Thanks.
+José Alberto Varona Sánchez Just go back and readjust them all all one by one. Every set point is at 100% for stock default settings. So when you you are in each of the four modes, the center position of control horn travel on the servo will be the 100% position. If the horn moves up more, then you are going over 100% if the horn moves down past center, then you are going less than 100%
Great information on how to set up this heli properly and give it more power

Great tutorial. Thanks so much for the video and the links. Cheers!
Thanks for the info
The new 200S version cures the SRX problems with improved servo's, main blades tail rotor motor and ESC etc.

+Nicholas “NLBheating” Bobel I have my Motor Power at 200%, My Rudder at about 130-150%, My Filter at about 25% and my Cyclic at about 100%.

HI mine all ways drifts to the left and back using dx6i.will a trim flight help.it seems to lose trims after each flight.
+tevad123 I am not familiar with using the DX6i transmitter. I bought the RTF version and I am using the stock transmitter.
Hi. I modified Advanced Setting Parameters and now I'd like to go back to default settings. Is it possible? How?

Got it. So i have to configure it manually to 100%. Thank you
