@@M3NACE I’m excited. I sold my project e36 325is (rust was too far gone) and picked up a Z3 with a M44 for $800. It’s a fun motor! I was originally gonna swap it but the M44 is a little rev happy four banger so I’m having fun with it until it grenades lol
My 1999 M3 auto convertible only cost me 2 grand. The guy was asking 4 but it needed paint, interior, a top motor, suspension front and back, and a cooling system overhaul. He ended up taking my offer. The car always ran great with 163K on the clock, plus the AC even worked. 🤔 Lots of money later... it’s showroom and my absolute fave car to drive. And yes I love the auto. I considered converting to a manual but my car is so fast it doesn’t need a thing.

Dude Iclove my Ti I'm almost done with my build just waiting on my subframe bushings to get in the mail and then I'm good to start putting it all back together m50 vanos GT35 Turbo going into it🤙
@@Arpad907 You are correct sir. Two very different engines. Kudos to my S52 though for having self adjusting valves. That euro motor has more hp but requires a lot more maintenance and is not significantly faster off the line. Go figure.
@@rhar1044 yes! You know I deliberated for over a year about going e36 or e46, and I ended going e36 because of its reliability. Less hp than a b32 or s54, but in every other way the us s50/52 is a much stronger motor.
@@Arpad907 Good call. The reliability of the b30x engines are not as good as the s50x engines. Also, the s54 is a flawed engine. You’re rolling the dice. The 01’ and 02’ engines should be avoided. 03’ to 06’ is better... but that’s not saying a whole lot, lol. The s52 is rock solid for a few hundred thousand miles. Mine has 173K. Also, the ZF manual and the clutch in the s50x M3s are both trash. Surprisingly the ZF auto (which was actually a 2K option) is near bullet proof. I’ve had both so I can speak on it.
Do you sell spare parts you have around? I'm sure you have almost everything e36 and where I'm at, it's hard to source e36 parts. But if you do, I'd be interested in alot of parts
