I've been painting cars for years. When people say they wait one or two weeks to cut and buff a car I just cringe.😮 if you cut and buff the car Within 2 to 3 days it is so much easier to do. And when you wait too long it gets so hard that It can take you three times longer to get the scratches back out😊
I painted cars for years. He's right; those super-transparent metallic colors are tough. The good paint companies make clear basecoats & other such clear substrates you can apply both when blending a panel or prior to clearing a car. It helps to highlight the metallics almost as good as clear, but sunlight & shiny clear will highlight Everything!
I love to watching your channel. I am a very big Mopar guy. I miss my 1971 Dodge charger my family had sense new. I was forced to sell it because of family. I would love to get another Mopar to take My 1 year old little girl to car shows and just to enjoy. She just had big heart surgery and we are still waiting to take her in for her 2nd surgery. She had a rough 1st year of her life. That's y the money is not there to get a another Mopar to many bills coming in that have to pay. But I will some day to get a Mopar to give her a ride. But anyway thank you very much for posting your video's I watch all of them I big fan
There is an ORIGINAL A&W in Boulder City, Nevada that still makes their root beer from the original formula. (not shipped in cans) They still have all the original menu. Mama burger, Papa burger etc. I think it's the only one, or at least "one of" the only original A&W restaurants in the US.
A&W merged with Long John Silver a few years ago. A&W was still in business in Kansas and Oklahoma. But recently, the A&W's went away. Miss the old fashion rootbeer floats in the large boot shaped mugs. 😢😢
You bring back normality, lots of laughs, love the way you get the present doom & gloom Biden crap completly out of mind and make me remember how America used to be, it gives us hope and reminds all of us where we came from, thank you graveyard carz!!.
I was thinking will you are so off! I remember him giving you the blue and red one as part of payment for the green one! I wanted the blue one so bad such a cool car that 69 charger you’re driving around! I want that car just like it is! I would restore it I would put the factory wheel back. And get rid of them 70 rallies
Hey Mark, just a heads up A&W isn't closed. I just ate at one the other day, but I live in ohio. So if you're ever out this way, we still have them here.
Was your Honda 100 was it a sl 100? And what color was it? Orange? That's what I had. I think it was a 1971. Only had it 5 days and it was run over by a car, running a stop sign, doing 50 mph. It about killed me! We also had the 1971 maverick 302 2B yellow black stripes. Did you have a rupp mini bike?
When I was 17, 12th grade got my 1st 1969 charger. RT SE. Gold black vinyl top. At on the tree. Have not seen a charger on your show with the front seat that was a 50/50 front seat or it was a 60/40 don't really remember.
Yeah she has put on a little weight but that tends to happen when you've had three kids I think she's holding up pretty well due to the fact that she does have three daughters now 👍👏
Is it just me, or does it seem like Brodie has zero interest in following in his father's footsteps? He just always seems so uninterested in anything Mopar.
As a father why would you want your kid working with you. My father told me he would whip my ass if I didn’t do better than he did. Why have your kid sanding cars. The auto body restoration industry has horrible benefits. No sick time no retirement You are competing with immigrants who will work for less. I graduated college and earned a masters. I make a nice living. My kids are expected to achieve more. I want them to reach heights I didn’t. I promised to give them everything they need to succeed. All I ask is they do their absolute best. Max effort nothing less.
20,000 views, and under 500 likes. c'mon man, wake up. You have a great concept for a killer show, but its filled with useless crap, that has nothing to do with restoring and finding classic muscle cars.
Everyone should have a cousin Dougie - I think people like him keep you young(ish) an tolerant towards the quirks of fellow humans
Hey, there's an A&W in Junction City. Thanks for the entertainment and education!
Man that blue charger is kickass, color and powertrain, that’s a winner
Just found this channel!! Awesome for Minnesota winter watching. Info is outstanding.

I think you run a great shop Mark!
you build them better than the factory....
“Welcone to 30 seconds ago”. Mark is a howl. Great stuff
them two crack me up
Mark, I really enjoy the show now that it's focused on cars, not the antics of employees. So much better!

How much are the chargers 1968, 1969, 1970 each separately original rebuilt ? Thank you from Greece !! 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷
O'Dougie you're hilarious!

I like the cartoon Mark. Or is it animated Mark? Anime Mark.
Very cool to see an unmolested 50 year-old hemi car, warts and all.
A November 69 build would have put it in the 70 model year. I think she meant November of 68. That would explain the front seats with no headrests.
The car, as is, also has the Rallye wheels, which were not available until the 1970 model year. So, the wheels are not original to that car.
yeah im sure you two guys know way more and yalls shop builds the real stuff 🙄
@@867diesel I'm in the National Dodge Charger Registry for 69 White Hat Special.
If you don't want to take in good information, then don't.
