    Florio is missing the fact that Kupp has made it clear he doesn't want to play anywhere else, Stafford is his best friend and he's invaluable to the team as a leader, player/coach. I think he'll renegotiate his contract to spread his due money over 2 years and I also look for him to bounce back to form next year or at least contribute more to the overall production. Kupp is an awesome blocker and his football IQ is next level, I think he stays.

    If Stafford decides to retire the Rams should use that money to trade for Tyreek Hill. Puka, Kupp, Hill and Kyren with a cheaper option at QB could be dangerous. Their defense is young and inexpensive.

    Bruh if the rams let Cooper Kupp go the run game will be trash he might not be the same WR he was but he comes through in the clutch and his blocking is unmatched… As you can see the first game vs the Cardinals his blocking was missed

    Mike Florio makes a good point about receivers having a shorter “shelf life” than quarterbacks. What’s interesting though is, even though QBs are overprotected now - see Patrick Mahomes, ahem - QBs might start having shorter careers because they run more and still take hits after they cross the line of scrimmage. Plus, since QBs are getting outrageously-large contracts they maybe just start retiring when they’re 30. Play through a rookie contract, get that big first real contract for 50-mil plus, play through that next contract, then call it a day. That will be interesting if it happens a lot.

      Might happen for the guys that's not playing on the highest lvl. I doubt Lamar, Allen, Burrow will call it quits but the next layer that might only get that contract once might value their health or be satisfied to sit as a backup instead for 10-15mill a year and barely play,

      Kupp is an exception though. He came into the league when as an almost 25 yr old rookie. But yeah QB’s have the longest careers no one else comes close especially with how they protect the qb

      They should draft at least 2 WR's this coming draft,

      We good. We have Mike Evans, Chris Godwin will be resigned, and McMillan showed at the end of the season he is on the rise. We don't need an overpriced receiver who hasn't been good in 3 years

    • @TangibleAndroid
      @TangibleAndroid 4 часа назад

      How about Buffalo? They are most likely not gonna resign Amari Cooper or Curtis Samuel and we’re gonna need that complementary number one type of receiver. Maybe he’s got a year or two left in that kind of role for us.

  • @AzzieHalla

    Bears should trade Moore for Kupp and a 2nd round pick. Rams get someone less injury prone and good and the Bears get a pick.

  • @GulfShoresVacationGuide

    Kupp is an awesome player, but only a foolish team would pay what he'll expect for a guy who could miss 8 games after stepping off a curb wrong.

    Oh I get, Florio insists that Matthew Stafford is getting traded/retiring every year because the Rams keep leaking it 🙄

  • @jtmmmm27
    @jtmmmm27 2 часа назад +2

    Bills and Chiefs both aquired vet WRs with success, Kupp should look to move to a SB ready team. The Rams are't quite there and he's got maybe 2 seasons left in him to win the big one.
