Great video definitely a tears jerker, I was really hoping for more info about ghost mom and Kazu. I don’t think I can handle two more books to find out
I bought the book, but I haven’t felt much like reading lately so I listened to it on Spotify. Maybe it was the narrator that didn’t really do it justice, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as the others. I found it really grating by half way through with the amount of times he kept reiterating The Rules. And then, again maybe because it was the reader, I started to feel that the author couldn’t write a good, believable female character. I’ll be reading the final books myself and hopefully I can fall in love with them again.
I do feel like sometimes when I listen to a book instead of read it, I feel like I don't believe the characters as much. Like, the way it is read can sometimes make the character feel more annoying or fake or just off in some way. And I wonder if reading it would give me another opinion. I've started to be more picky with what books I choose to listen to because of that. So maybe that is what made you feel this way!
I think so. I very rarely listen to a book. I think the guy who was reading really spoilt the women’s voices and made them sound incredibly one dimensional. Lesson learned - read the book myself!
I Had No Idea There Were More In The Series I Was A Little Sad After Finishing This One His Writing Style Kind Of Reminds Me Of Paulo Coelho (One Of My Favs BTW)

I know, we've been waiting for so long already! I hope it is worth the wait.
