@@ryanmoore2447 I guess he kind of missed the point where it says it’s for the entire country which is not all Jewish and they’re trying to get it throughout the world which includes places that do not have Jews.
I love this so much. Be nice to see it expand into other communities of need. For the common good of all folks. Cheers to invented this idea. Much respect for all those folks working to keep others safe.
we got something similar in Germany, we got Helfer vor Ort (Helper at the Scene) and First Responders the Helfer vor Ort are Red Cross Medics and Paramedics which work Volunteer and get Dispatched from home with there Privat Cars and got Equippment like in the Video, this is mostly done at Villages and Rural Areas to lower the time an Ambulance is on scene... the Frist Repsonders are Volunteer Firefighters (most also medics) which also get Dispatched from home, but these drive first to the Fire Station and take a Fire Truck to drive to the Scene :) But yeah Hatzalah props to you people! very great System!
New York City, a place that would benefit from it perhaps the most, turned down integrating this system because of a law that requires two paramedics to show up on scene at the same time I think in the same vehicle. If I'm not quoting the law correctly, it's definitely something like that. It's unfortunate and very upside down that a law that was enacted to give the best possible care to a patient, creates the bureaucracy that prevents many patients from getting emergency care in less than 15 minutes, or in the case of a fire truck showing up for a medical response, in less than 5 minutes.
@@aaroneliezerpilchick8774 NYC has intergrated this to support FDNY and NYPD units in medical response, in NYC Hatzalah runs via paramedics or EMTs in their personal cars, one goes to scene, and one goes to get the ambulance, it allows medical care to reach people MUCH quicker than normal.
@firedogman2280 Oh, I wasn't talking about Hatzolah. It's great that Hatzolah does it. I meant that that's why there's no motorcycle type first-responder-on-scene before the ambulance arrives for the FDNY-EMS which would be able to weave between lanes in traffic.
We have Hatzolo in Toronto and called them when my Italian neighbor fell down her steps while holding a glass canister. She suffered deep cuts and glass had penetrated in several locations. I jumped their fence, saw their daughter calling 911. I called Hatzolah who arrived in about 90 seconds. The ambulance arrived as hatzolah was leaving with the patient to the hospital about 20 minutes later. They now have Hatzolah number prominently placed on their fridge door.
I do applaud all of this medical help! I do! But, much of this help would be unnecessary if people would begin taking better care of their health. Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cancer, Alzheimer's..all of the major maladys affecting mankind and costing countless billions of dollars, could be prevented with better diet and movement.
As a volunteer first responder, not all incidents that we respond to are preventable. Sure, various things can reduce risk, but not eliminate it, and we're here to help if things go wrong. Better to call immediately for help, as that helps, rather than a long guilt-tripped delay, which makes response more difficult.
This concept is brilliant. It should be done everywhere.
It is but it's only for Jewish neighborhoods

You are making quite an ignorant assumption. You assume that these medical emergencies are all preventable, like car accidents.
