IVF एक ऐसा procedure हैं, जिसमे ये जो embryo transfer होने के बाद 12 से 14 दिन होते है , वह काफी तनाव युक्त समय रेहेता है । couples हर एक चीज की कोशिश करते है जिससे उनका IVF सफल हो जाए । Cramping वझसे पेशेंट को लगता है कि अभी यह cramp आगया इसका मतलब embryo बाहर निकल गया होगा । कभी कबार जब spotting होता है , उन्हें लगता है की abortion हो गया है और इसके वजहें वह pregnant नहीं हुए ।यह दिमाग में आना काफी स्वाभाविक है ।

यह बात ध्यान में रखना काफी महत्वपूर्ण है की IVF procedure में काफी सारे IVF clinics आपको vaginal progestrone की tablets देते हैं जिसको vagina में रखना होता है ।यह tablets vagina में जनेके बात वहा पे disintergrate हो जाते है । काफी बार ये tablets insert करते वक्त brown रंग का discharge निकलता है और यह टैबलेट के वझसे होता है ।यह कोई भी abortion होने का संकेत नहीं देती ।

अगर आपको थोडासा cramping हो जाए तो वह काफी सामान्य है इसलिए आपको डरना नहीं है । आपको precaution उसी वक्त लेना है जब आपको bleeding ज्यादा हो रही हो या आपको cramps ज्यादा गहरे आ रहे हो तो ।ऐसा हुआ तो तुरंत आपको अपने डॉक्टर की सलाह लेनी चाहिए ।पर अगर mild cramping और spotting है तो कोई डरने की बात नहीं होती ।इससे आपके IVF success rate पे कोई असर नहीं होगा ।
कोई भी patient को यह बात ध्यान में रखनी चाहिए की आप कितनी भी कोशिश करे पर IVF success rate 35%-40% ही होगी । IVF transfer से लेकर preganancy test का रिजल्ट आने तक यह समय patient के लिए काफी तनाव युक्त होता है । इस वक्त डॉक्टर यही सलाह देते है की patient जितना कम तनाव ले उतना ही अच्छा होगा ।आप अपना रोजका काम करते रहे और अपने मन को खुश रखे और तनाव मुक्त रहे ।
