- I've been sitting on this footage for a number of months and FINALLY got it all put together. Blake puts the same energy and passion into every single thing he does in his life, from his design business, to the way he cares for his animals. Nothing but the best!

This is what I call going above and beyond for your animals. There are too many people that stuff rectics in 6 foot long by 2 foot tall enclosures so to give them an opportunity to stretch out and use there muscles to climb like they are able to in the wild is really amazing
Reticulated Python: "Oh, this is fun!"
Ball Python: "Ok I need to find the darkest most confined space in this room and squeeze myself into it ASAP!"
😂 precisely
The cat tree has caves on it so ball pythons would still like it.
Another great carer of reptiles and not shoe boxes filled with fully grown ball pythons such a relief to watch .
This is amazing to see, such a fantastic idea and to watch a retic climb a rope like that is crazy. Great video brother!
Thanks so much! Yeah, there were so many moments like that. His place is awesome.
seeing the retic go up that rope convinced me. hell, if it doesn't make the snake happier, it would still make me happy to see it.
but I won't shame anyone for not having a "enrichment Room" or not giving snakes toys.
Chris I couldn't agree more! His animals get to act in ways that many never will in captivity and that's amazing. I agree though, I would never try to tell someone if they aren't going this far with things, they're doing it wrong. There are much smaller scale ways we can give them opportunities to exhibit these behaviors and get some enrichment for sure. Thanks for checking out the video!
This is a theme park for snakes! If you were local to me, my Boa would definitely make me buy tickets for this. I'm pretty sure my monitor and bearded dragon would love it too. You are an awesome snake dad.
I love how snake enrichment rooms look just like a cat enrichment room 🤣
😂 so very true and idk why I didn’t recognize that!
I’ve noticed several similarities between snakes and cats as pets (they’re also both my favorites)
I’m actually buying a small cat scratching tower for my male ball python!
My foster kittens would love this room! So glad your snakes have this opportunity. Very nice.
Very very cool.
Inspiring.
🔆
That awesome
Right? Would love to get on this level one day. Blake's animals have it made, that's for sure.
it's nice to see people that actually care about their animals health and enrichment. a lot of reptile owners seem to not give a sh*t. greetings from germany ❤️
Absolutely agree! Blake is a great example for the entire hobby. Thanks for checking out the video!
This is special
So awesome! I saw a video of a retic in the wild climbing a tree just like his climbed that rope. Hopefully I'll be able to provide this kind of thing for my snakes in the future!
I need a snake gym! My pythons would love this!
Don’t we all!
That's awesome!
Couldn't agree more!
Keeper goals for sure! Thanks for the tour, Zak!
Agreed! It was my pleasure to do it!
That’s great. All they need is a Starbucks. ❤
Pretty nice! Gives us goals for these beautiful creatures.
Agreed! I’m still trying to work out a way to recreate even part of this in my smaller snake room.
@@NavaReptiles I am going to build a enclosure and put a jungle gym in for my colubrids. Thinking how I can work one in for the retics.
@@lorie5429 even just having a shelf they can pull themselves up on is great or just a bar going across of pic they can perch on if they want. Definitely lots of options! Keep me posted about what you end up doing.
Wow man that's a pretty amazing place. So cool to see the animals being able to just rome around
It was really amazing, they move around so much in there!
Goals! Great video brother!
Agreed Brian, it's an amazing facility. Thanks as always!
That's what I call a gym for reptiles!
It’s amazing to me watching even smaller snakes like what he has use every bit of the space, it was a real joy to see it all.
I've seen a few people putting cat trees on wheels and wheeling them Infront of the enclosure when they want to let the snake out and then wheeling it away to store it. Great solution for smaller spaces
Makes a lot of sense and definitely a great idea!
That room is amazing !
Right?! I need to get back up there and see what he’s done since I was there last, he’s always adding stuff.
Saw your face so had to join
Thank you again man, I really do always appreciate your support! I'm sure we will talk more this week.
That is awesome!
Right?! Thanks for checking it out!
That room is sick af!
Right?! I could have seriously spent the entire day hanging out in there with all of his animals.
Fuck Yeah!!!
3:33 Snake climbs up rope
Excellent. I don’t agree with keeping them boxed 24/7. It has to be better for them. Any issues with fighting etc?
No, Blake only ever puts a single male in the room so there is no concern for male on male violence. He's not had any issues with females fighting males either. I mention it in the video about pairing, I feel most fights between males and females result from close quarters, this room seems to be big enough to allow everyone to retreat if they want to.
If you have the space, why don't you build a huge enclouser for them instead of this 'snake room'
If I was this rich I'd do this to my house 😔😔😔
Reproducing is not equal to a happy life. Snakes are probably the least understood vertebrate out there.
Finally someone treating their snakes with the respect they deserve. Good job!
