Louthinator you say ‘tell’ as though there are multiple voices in your head. If you have multiple voices in your head and they’re crowded as you say, then you could have schizophrenia and be in need of genuine help.
I do understand a lot of RUclips comments are made in jest though. But if your comment was meant seriously then that’s definitely not normal and is a sign of mental illness.
Depends on if it's distinct voices or not Kaiser.Beatz. I wouldn't just say Schizophrenia willy nilly like that. It could be a range of things in disorders.
Besides, Schizophrenia sounds like outside voices with no distinct voice.
I am a paranoid schzophrenic.. my mind is my own enemy, watching this though it calmed me, thank you so much I was on the verge of tears.

So I just found out I'm probably schizophrenic...I can't hear my voices this clearly, yet. They're more faint and distant, and I need some white noise to make them out against. Other than that though, they're very much like this...quiet, echoing and calm, and they say similar sweet little nothings and encouragement. I actually like 'em, and I'm at peace with the idea of hearing them more often/clearly. It's the paranoid episodes that suck...
Over time you can hear them but it's okay trust them hahaha become crazy hahaha we are all crazy hahaha
Have you seen a doctor? I understand they have medicine & drugs they can treat schizophrenia with and I have suspicions that a video like this could be doing more harm than good with an illness like that.

@@windigowhispers i don't know if she changed the volume levels but you can hear some voices are whispering and some are using a speaking voice and there's another voice that is muffled as if they're talking while pressing a book against their lips, so some voices will be easier to understand and stand out to you, and your brain most likely tries to focus on just one which makes you hear that one "better"

I was always fascinated with paranoid schitzo and the menatlly diff/unique.. Part of me sees it as very cool and interesting given the right circumstances.. but Im well very aware of how bad and scary it can become if the voices are against you.. Amazing vid.
Cai H the voices are generally always against you, they give to many thoughts. Causing anxiety and panic attacks.

People that have hallucinations in asian and african cultures the voices are generally more peaceful than in the western.
That's because of the cultural background and how they see mental illnesses

Coming back around to this video/audio for a second time, but hadn't commented till now...saw the picture, which is delightfully Gothic in nature...and I thought, "Damn, why isn't the Phantom of the Opera one of those voices inside my mind?" Haha...I couldn't resist...seriously, though, that picture up there in the video makes me think of that story/musical, which has been my favorite since high school, and I'm 39 now, so that should tell you something about how that story (and Andrew Lloyd-Webber's music) has captured my heart and imagination.

This gave me tingles and i have never gotten them
Set the playback to 2x and this is what it's like to sit in a quiet room with severe ADHD, except for us, the voices are silent. The voices are our thoughts, but that means they're silent. It's ear shattering, mind breaking, heart pounding silence.
Each thought comes and goes in seconds, but you pay attention to every one as if it's "the one!"
For me, it's relaxing to sit quietly and listen to my own thoughts go insane, but it can really be a problem sometimes. I've been unable to properly think, or sleep, because all I can do is go through thousands of stupid thoughts over and over and over at warp-speed. It's an endless cycle, an endless loop, because our brains consider each of these thoughts extremely important, when most of them are not at all important. It hangs up on every single thought, and in turn, because thousands are bouncing around, makes it impossible to focus, think and sometimes sleep.
It sounds like I'm exaggerating, but this is probably the best way I can say it. The best way I can show it, if that makes sense?
I was just listening to it and thought "y'know, this really reminds me what it's like to sit in a quiet room and do nothing. I should share that with the other people who watch/listen this." Then, I had a billion other thoughts but this one came back. I would've forgot if it hadn't come back.
This is the exact same way my adhd is, but cross it with the compulsions from my ocd. (I’ve been diagnosed by a psychologist) it honestly sucks, my mom doesn’t believe I have adhd anymore because I apparently don’t exhibit the signs of it anymore. I wish she’d understand that just because I don’t talk about it to her or anything doesn’t mean I don’t still have issues that she can’t see. Most of the time, I don’t sleep for around 2 days at a time, i usually end up just passing out from exhaustion and sleeping til 3pm the next morning. The thoughts are absolutely unbearable and I just try to mask it and hide it. I’ve tried the meds and nothing works, just makes me drowsy and I can’t think properly while they’re in effect. I’ve gotten used to it now but I still wish I was like everyone else tbh. Sucks to be this way but it could be worse.
