Unfortunately the For the Foxgod channel that posted the Legend MM live 2024 version which again in my opinion was the best version was taken down. And that version is no longer available online. I couldn't find the little box with the song list-I did look. So barring that I'll suggest my current favorite-available-live track. I think of this as a perfect in every way performance. And Anthony Barrone-drums-will have your arms falling off just listening to him on this performance. It has everything that makes Babymetal great: the ladies, choreo, phenomenal musicianship to a totally kick ass song, the stage and lighting are through the roof cool. It has another little surprise for you 😉 You mixed up "Rondo of Nightmare" with "Road of Resistance" 😉 The latter was supported, co-written, and played (studio version) by Herman Li and Sam Totman. There was even a live performance of Road of Resistance with Dragonforce as BABYMETAL´s support band 😄 "Rondo of Nightmare" was the one with the wild Kami Band (East) intro "Mischief of Metal Gods", followed by the terrific Su-Metal solo. A totally different beast. I second Grington300´s recommandation "Megitsune"!

I like the symbolism at the beginning of them kicking over Japanese teasets .. needing to push aside a bit of Japanese culture in order to make way for their own unique flavor. Wanting to honor their culture. Yet also break out of it into the world and experiment. As always, they are adorable, powerful, and inspiring!

In the Japanese language, there's no separate sounds for R and L; they are spoken together, and so Metari and Metali are really the same word. The translator didn't work because the word is made up for the song, combining matsuri (street festival) and metal - Metali. The song is basically saying we're all fools so join us and dance.
If you want to see more of Babymetal with the West Kami Band playing, there are videos with intros for the songs Kagerou and YAVA!. I know the RUclips channel 'Hymnodic' has both. Shouldn't be hard to find! ;)
