Wow the toys used to be so cool ! Even when I was growing up in 2000's we had awesome toys like Mini video game devices and cars that move fast etc. Now I buy my child McDonald's there is no more park and the toys are so cheap. Like the last few times were paper toys I wish they would make them like these again, creative and long lasting.

I definitely think you can clean it, just as a kid you probably just didn't know how to clean, sanitize, and even dry it properly and thus the mold issue.
These 90s toys are all either 'let's make a magical potion' or 'let's get you ready for the minimum wage workforce.'

They were almost never cleaned and caused a huge mess but if you didn't mind the mold, you were gold! The 90s were incredible
