Mine was too and I never used it. It was messy and bulky. The reason this one works so well for me is because I can use it in the shower. So genius!

As a dental hygienist, I can assure you that the water flosser is NOT better than the old fashion floss. It's a great tool but no good dentist would ever tell you to use it instead of regular floss. Only actual floss can get all the way in between your teeth. It's a great tool to use in addition to your regular floss but please do not stop flossing with normal floss just because you use one of these!!!
I totally get where you’re coming from-traditional floss is a great tool and has been the standard for a long time. However, water flossers aren’t just a gimmick; they offer some real benefits, especially for certain people. They are also backed by a lot of research. My oral exams have been better than ever before since using mine and I am a forever fan!

I ordered the watch for my daughter and myself. I clicked on your link and it took me to my account on the app. I’ve never purchased an order from TEMU before so I’m not sure why it wouldn’t let me use your code. It says that I had to be a first time user and I was so I’m confused about that 🤷🏻♀️
Had you downloaded the app previously? You said your account so I’m wondering if you had set it up to look around ( window shop ) but not ordered. That may have thrown it off. I would try deleting the app and signing up for a new account with a different email. Let me know if that works.
