it kind of sounds like it could fit the Doom eternal soundtrack lol wish there were more bands that sounded like this track. Just the instrumental sounds better than all of breaking benjamin's music maybe Marty mixing it gave it some magic. The riff at 2:20 is pure fucking metal
I mean, I personally like BB, and I think they were a good pick. The instrumentation, vocals and the addition of a few sprinkles of that Halo aesthetic (especially in the intro) really make the track work. But, since you seem to want a reccomendation, why not listen to Jinjer? I found out about them this year and I really loved it. Great modern metal.
@@TheCynicalAutist I think it helped Bungie that breaking benjamin weren't big at the time and they decided to just make+let Bungie use the track for free to get their name out there. Marty is also a genius at mixing all types of genres together, he somehow knew gregorian type chanting would fit perfectly leading into this track lol, there's so much the modern Halos are missing without him being around there still. I know there's a lot of political, legality issues and other stuff that prevent them from bringing Marty onboard but the tracks in Infinite just lack the soul of the originals. I'll check out Jinjer. I'm kind of disappointed in 343's choice to remove BB's track from the anniversary edition, but that's definitely one of the less shitty things they've done recently with Halo.
when the chief gets a little TOO edgy
More like a little too based.
when the chief boots up his 360 after school
Master Chief what are you doing on that Instrumental. SIR - Finishing the FIGHT
Nice one dude! This is the best version that I ever heard! Thanks!
Yooo thank you! Pretty much everyone else has the messed up loop, but you got the timing of the 1:47 part perfect!
I was surprised no one bothered to actually mix it properly, but you're very welcome.
The perfect instrumental of Blow Me Away doesn't exi...
I stand corrected. You have done it!
When Chief decided not to sit it out!

@@semperk1482 they couldn't legally include the track in the anniversary edition without licensing it all over again
