Toy's March 2 Password Menu

In the Game Options operator menu, press and hold the TEST button in the pattern shown in the video (3 short, 3 long, 3 short) for roughly the same duration as shown/heard in the video to unlock the password menu in Toy's March. The timing is fairly strict for this command so you'll need to retry multiple times before getting it to work most likely.

Phase 2: GDMFMVTPV2 (BLACK OUT, Saisoku touhikou, space merry-go-round)

Phase reset: 2005KONAMI (reset)
