Hi Nick great video as usual, if you look at the north roof truss in line with the first panel you can see were the front of the west stand roof will extend to as the beams change and point towards the south stand (6:40 - 6:50) on your video for reference
Looks great. I wonder why the North Stand seating is lower than the other stands. Similar to the Aviva in Dublin but not to the same degree. The Aviva North Stand is a very small stand because of the houses behind it but there's only the river behind Everton North Stand. Wouldn't it have been better to get as many seats in?

Incredible, really taking shape now , incredible stadium. I’d love to watch a game there one day but as a Derby season ticket holder I can’t see us getting out of Div 3 anytime soon . Everton should stay up now they have the right man in charge . This ground should be holding really big games like World Cup quarter finals and euro semi finals it’s world class . Congrats .

Great video Nick, around end of October last year, I was stopping at the titanic and I noticed what looked like 2 drones racing around the stadium, this was after midnight but it’s probably people like that who ruin it for the rest and Everton dish out these restrictions. They don’t control the Air above their site , only the CAA controls airspace. Do they not realise that you are saving them being inundated with drone flyers? I fly a DJI mini2 excellent Drone and less than 250g, and don’t normally have any issues. Keep up the good work, really excellent video, thanks👍
If Liverpool fans are a little depressed at present, might I suggest some laminate flooring from Terry's Timber? It's hard to be sad when bargains are to be had. So get on down to Terry's there for a super finish without compare. Terry's Timber, we put the Scouse in house.

By the looks of it the next lift will be to finish off the North stand truss and from the plans that looks to be the last one on the North. They've built the North truss on the ground, whereas it doesn't look like the south middle one is done and certainly the blue support isn't in place yet (only a small section in situ) From the design the south stand will have another truss put in too and 2 more blue supports
Shame on Everton and Laing o'Rourke for being difficult especially when you make it so clear you are keeping to safe distances and following all legal protocols. Keep on capturing our proud Everton history!
Maybe it’s a legitimate safety issue during the lift phase or they are concerned about protecting the privacy of their workers ? It would be good if the contractors would explain their reasons, but they are under no obligation to do so of course.

Looks like the second blue support structure on the South stand has begun, so maybe a week before the 2nd middle section of that truss is lifted. Seems to be more massive footings next to the West stand . Any ideas??
The footings are for the steps up to first floor level to be built. There will be a "tunnel" created at ground floor level along the length of the west stand created by the steps.
Hi mate! The stadium is getting It’s shape which is great. Question, will the roof trusses be done in sections like 2 roof trusses one month etc. Or am i talking rubbish.
There will be 2 complete trusses on the North Stand, 3 sections to each truss, and 3 trusses on the deeper South Stand, also 3 sections on each. The North stand has just one section to complete the 2 trusses. the South Stand has a further 5 sections to go to complete it's 3 trusses. Apart from the lock down during Christmas and New Year it appears that they have raised about one truss section per week. The week before last the strong winds stopped any lifts, however this week they made up for it with 2 lifts. With six lifts to go I guess the team will be looking to complete all the trusses in about 6 weeks time.
Hiya Nick. What kind of material is going to fill in the gaps on the brick facade? Is it a solid material or a tinted glass? Exterior construction seems to have slowed right down recently
Saw i video from Everton just before Christmas saying they want the roof done around Easter. Looking at the roof progress it looks like it will be just North and South stands will be done to me any thoughts
I don’t know how Laing O’Rourke can have an issue, it’s clear from your videos that you’re not flying over the site. No doubt someone from Everton watches this channel to keep an eye on what your doing so do the right thing and give the lad a tour of the site. The bottom of the concrete terracing will be completed all the way around the stadium once the roof is completed.

A mix of perforated & non- perforated aluminium metal facade panels - approx 20% porosity.

Yes there will be 15 pieces that make the north and south structures and LOR said the last section will be in place before Easter weekend
