I have played this game for quite the time and I play it until today if I am going to be honest since It's just such a great game. But I have never seen someone that was able to SPEEDRUN a LEGENDARY difficulty mission like that before and be able to just kill everyone with ease, I am quite impressed with what I saw in this video. Another great speed run, hate to say it, but they added some door on Amhersts Apartment that won't open unless you kill the enemies. Looks like speed runs for that mission will take alot longer sadly.
Can tian is hands down the best but I would love to see him do this on console I know it will be more difficult because his aim won't be as good but with his skill I think he still could do it if he did this on console he would then truly be a undeniable Legend on this game but not to take away from his skills on pc the guy is a true freak of nature on division.
Nobody else is curious about this reload weapon swap thing we are seeing in there? Some sort of bug I didn't know about. You took great advantage of it there.
RODSCHER 80 Its a 6 piece classified striker build, the holster has 20.50% reload speed attribute, hence the quicker animation and reload speed. Check the build through the link in description.

Hes using determined in the 3rd tallent to regenerate the skills on every kill, 13 kills = full skills Commanding is used to extend the Ult but is not used to recover them quickly
So he's using Strikers but he's reloading when swapping guns? How...? Aside from that, he's putting out some great DPS killing even the heavy shield guys in a few seconds.
He also using the 5 second skill extension with every kill. Pairs well with commanding and determined:). Plus he on pc so far much easier than it would be on console. This guy dam good though so hat's off👏

Nah you could easily get 100fps if you run at 1080P with some effects switched off. Don't need a Ti for that.

once the clip has been put into ur gun u can just switch weapon to another ar
It's not a bug, just holster the weapon after hitting reload at the right time and when you pull it out, the clip is full.

Usually it just works if half of the animation is done but not that fast. This looks more like combination with Lonestar four piece bonus.

Where do you get an extended mag with 6.3% rate of fire. Never have seen them ever and i have played since day 1.

Am I tripping or with your striker are u always fully reloading your m4 clips as if u also had the lone star 4 piece bonus???
if u hit reload just before switching and timing it right the weapon will reload while holstered.
