For Dal:
Tur dal 1 cup (washed & soaked)
Water 2 cups
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Dry red chilli 2 pcs
Jeera 1 tsp
Hing ½ tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
For Chokha
Potato peeled 4 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Green chilli 2 pcs
Garlic with skin 7-8 cloves
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 pc
Salt ½ tsp
Mustard oil ¼ cup
Lemon juice ½ tbsp
For Bhat:
Rice (washed & soaked) 1½ cup
Water 3 cups
Ghee 1 tsp
