Is this GoPro footage? Also, the old CCC bridge never had a center divider once you got past the Camp Street onramp (which no longer exists, but was between the current St. Charles and Tchoupitoulas onramps). There were 2 lanes in each direction, and a center lane for emergencies that was maybe 9 ft wide. The speed limit was either 40 or 45. By today's standards, it would seem very unsafe.
