Yes salim sir deseved the recognition and donot compare with both legends together. They create great movies script screen plays together whoever had contributed much or less and they were together for a time period and they got their own ways. Salim sir was mostly script writter and screenplay writter and javed also learnt from him but javed is well known songwritter than screenpmay or script writter even i donot know salim javed duo write those scripts of movie. So i think who gets more amd who get less. We cannot compare amir khan and sharukh khan based on who get more recognition in terms of awards and their popularity.

My Father was a VP in a company where his boss was childhood friend with Anil Ambani.....Once my father and his boss went to eat dinner in famous restaurant in Ramada in dubai and Amitabh, Anil ambani, and jaya bachhan where also waiting for their table to get ready........Long story short my father got opportuiny to have dinner with all those famous people.......and since my father boss handles all finance of company.....he also paid bill for all of those celebrities (with company credit card obviously)..........Later on My father's boss said to my father that Amitabh never carry wallet when goes out.........no hate to anyone just a fun little story to share
