Y’all the Jay and Beyoncé of embroidery,DTG,blanks, hats, whole sale ribbon and fabrics minus the elevator fight and cheating!! I’m here for all of it!!❤️
Nothing makes me happier then a couple doing their own thing together. You guys are Awesome. Keep hustling!
Wow! Another badass machine! You guys rock and love how you two show how it works! Looks so crisp and beautiful. Cool designs and colors are bright! Great job guys! 💪🏼🙌👏🏻 🎨 😍
That is bright !!
Keenan should open his own etsy. That would be a cool series to see him start it and grow it.
Yeah! Great idea
Yes I agree with you Honey Bun! Watching him start his own Etsy would be very cool & educational as well. He has already found his niche.
I love you and your work! You are an inspiration to us all!!!
You guys make a great team. I loved this video. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Loving seeing the Husband and Wife working Togeather as a Team! Keep it up Guys, wishing you both continued success ! Sheila/Myron
That machine is a game changer wooooo❤️
Just a small tip don’t heat press the collar if possible because it will leave marks from the heat my family owns a vinyl store and we make tons of htv shirts and a heat press will ruin a collar if it’s under a heat press just hang it off the edge slightly
Thank you!!
Soooo cool!! Serious goals!!
Looks great !!!!!!
Hey Angela great video. You're crushing it. Just a tip to make the DTG process a little easier.
DTG Tip: After the shirt prints pull it out half way so the bottom half hangs down. Then grab the bottom of the shirt the same way you would grab it to thread the shirt on your heat press. This one trick made the entire process a 100x better for us!
Looking forward to your next video :)
Thanks for the tip!
Angela, beautiful merch shirts you are making with your Epson F2100. The F2100's ability to print full color photographs and multicolor designs is an exciting addition to your business. Your unlimited potential continues to amaze me.
Approximately, what is the starting cost for one of these bad boys.
the pretreatment reminds me of the poly spray I use for my sublimation.. I wonder if it isn't the same stuff!!!
I was thinking the same thing
Really interesting to see the processes. Fantastic result too.
Hi Angela,
I have to say that your black Empowered T -Shirt looks amazing brilliant, colourful and vibrant.
You are so fantastic, you really have inspired me to go out and start my own business, but I’m scared!!!
They have a pretreat that’s already mixed you can buy
Glad to see family working together ❤. I tried the teammate thing and it cost me a negative small fortune. It's crazy for me how even speaking on this is looked down upon from women I've met. Anything less though is a distraction.
Keep up the great work 👍
I need to buy one of these soon
Love it!!! I can't wait to get mine!!!
You know you have to clean and maintain that machine all the time and has to be used all the time
@@kevindhousegayles hey nothing is perfect in life. I'm looking forward to getting a machine one day soon
Just ordered 2 shirts you have posted. Can't wait to see how they turn out!
Team work!!!! Awesome!!!!
I watch a lot of videos on making shirts, you and your husband are by far my favorite channel! I have learned so much from your simplicity of videos. Keep up the great work, continue to make informative videos and your subscribers will continue to grow. New subbie be here,
Just read about this Epson in my issue of Impressions magazine. Great to see how it prints before I buy one. You should be featured in their magazine!
You guys make a awesome team....keep up the good work 👍
I'm finally caught up on all your videos! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I also love this series on the DTG. Really admire you and Keenan's entrepreneurial spirit! ♥️
Yay! Thank you!
You should try the RTP apparel shirts. They already come pretreated and a good quality shirt. Just pr-epress for 5 seconds and print.
Love it, your both so talented
Great video guys!! I'm well impressed with the way you invest into your business to keep the options growing. I'd love to know if you think DTG will take over from the embroidery side of your business in terms of profit and sales. Embroidery looks too technical for me but love your DTG set up! x
Can’t see it being a money maker considering how long it takes. Beautiful end result but big investment for making shirts. Look great tho!!
U did an awesome job!!
Hugs,
Lin
She will. Once everything is set up for a certain design it's one Tshirt after another. But she makes other stuff also and if you've watched her she sets up several to work machines to work at the same time. I've been watching for a while and she's incredibly efficient.
No hate intended:) I’ve watched Angela for a long time and she’s incredible! I just was referring to this particular machine compared to her others. She’s amazing!!
It didn’t really that long to me 😂😂😂 with her stopping and talking to us and playing around at times for out entertainment it still only took 20 minutes for the whole process. And if she’s making multiple shirts of the same design she won’t have to reset everything like the pretreat machine and the design and all that so that would knock maybe 6-10 minutes off. So 10-14 minutes a shirt isn’t bad at all. Faster than most of the things she does from htv to embroidery.
You need to have the customer base and know what items to make... there's people selling 100s of shirts a day . So therefore it is profitable . It depends if you have a good plan
Hey girl, hey!!!
Can you make the EMPOWERED t-shirt with glitter?
can't print glitter on DTG, would have to be HTV
Wow that’s a lot of work👀. Love it!💗💕
Woow q bella maquina me encantan tus videos me motivan siempre espero algún día tener esa belleza felicidades
I may have missed it but I would love to see you combine the embroidery with a dtg image.
Hello Angela any reason why you changed the placing of the three machines? Did the moving of the machines improved the quality of the prints?
what setting is it for it to lay the white first then the color?
How did you invest in all these machines, even if I sold my flat I wouldn’t be able to afford them.
So is the best machine you and your husband 😅invested in ?that was a quick process!!!
Girl work that machine
getting better at the dtg stuff for sure, looked more comfortable than the other video. when you hover, I wouldn't recommend putting the silicone paper on at that stage, just for the contact curing press. it's better to get a hover press though, like the dk20 or stahl's hover -- the fusion iq is not close enough to make much of a difference. also you'll have more consistent placement if you pull the shirt about three finger widths over the front of the platen and then put the artwork at the top of the software. it isn't necessary to thread the shirt for printing as long as there aren't any seams anywhere under the print surface. it's faster to pick up the shirt by the bottom of the shirt and place it directly on the platen rather than by the top and flipping it on. you also get more accurate placement and you don't knock up any fibers in the transfer from heat press to platen. lastly the thing about not touching the shirt after pretreat goes on it is kind of urban myth. I smooth out shirts with my hand all the time and it's no problem. you don't want to knock up fibers or touch it if your hand is wet but just touching it is not going to make a difference.
oooooooohhh thank you for the tips! now let me go act like I know it all and tell my husband hahaha thank you!
Angela Jasmina 🤣🤣 I couldn’t tell you the first thing about embroidery but I run two epson dtgs side by side basically full time so I can help with any dtg questions. Looks like you two are figuring it out fast though.
Have you guys tried printing on a scoop neck tee?
The Epson is very impressive. I'm seeing really bad prints people are posting from POD companies. This is way better. I'm tempted...
Can you actually just spray the pretreatment by hand on the shirt or wash it in the washing machine?
How many seconds do you heat press after pre-treating and do you pre-treat shirts to leave as blanks to print at a later date? Great videos very helpful. Thank you.
Can you print on the back of the t shirt as well?
Do the pre-treat machine comes with the DTg machines are they sold separate
Hello can you tell me if the pre treatment machine is absolutely necessary, thank you
Algún perfil de color en especial no consigo los colores que quiero siempre me los cambia
How much is for ink, how many shirts can you make with one set.
This printer looks fun. May I ask if the ink has a chemical smell once on the shirt?
awesome videos....thank you for making them. I have a question. I saw on other videos when they do a large white base color they pause the printing process to allow the white to dry before the color goes on. This prevents the white bubbles coming up once the color goes down. Is there a option you can select that pauses the printing before the color starts?
Angela Que heat printer esta usando? Thanks
That is a pretty cool machine. I'd be afraid of touching it right after it's done printing! Is it still fairly wet when you move it to the heat press?
Very interesting but it seems to be time consuming. Isn't it better to work with a print in demand company that will do this job for you, instead? The investment to start with plus time spending? Thanks though!!!
The only reason I don't like print on demand is that I don't have control over the quality. I like my items a certain way especially with my name on them. It took about 40 mins to do 7 or 8 shirts but we are still newbies with the DTG haha Embroidery 40 mins could be 1 shirt so it is definitely a lot more profit with the DTG than embroidery
I looked it up online.. $14,000 and just about fainted. lol
What is pretreat for?
Hi, where did you find the cover for the hot plate of your heat press ? I would really love to get one for mine too .. Nice video ...
Do you have any digitizing tutorials for embroidering photos or logos?
HI am john H I am starting this t-shirt business any advice? and where do you get your design ideas from?
Are you using the Cotton heritage 1082 style or 1045? They print well!
Angela do you have any style t-shirts with green tractor 🚜 ?
Love love love :) your amazing!!! Have you had to buy ink yet? Is it really expensive? Ive been looking into DTG for over a yr now and have been skeptical because i hear the ink cost is high & not worth it
Hi! So far I used the tiny white inks that came with the machine, but all the color ink I am still using the tiny ones that came with the machine! We have printed about 80 shirts so far. So I have used 2 White inks that I have purchased full size (you have to use 2 at a time cause that is what the machine requires) but I am about 1/4 of the way through the white inks. The ink costs are high but it is so fast to make. You really just need a plan before. you buy them!
@@AngelaJasmina good to know :) will be in touch with Todd soon
How big is that dtg?
Hola mi nombre es Marisela Blue i will love to do something like that , but I need to know how to start, and how much. Please let me know GBY Shalom
What laptop do you use and what's the ram, etc?
Hey yall
Can you pretreat the night before or it has to be done the same day?
Yes You can pretreat the night before!
How much do you charge to make some tee shirt done
Here I was thinking this machine might be a couple thousand and JFC was I wrong.......14-20k
I just purchased this machine. Can you help answer why on a navy or black 100% cotton shirts. When I heat press and peak off the paper some of the ink peals off? I press for 45 seconds with pressure 1 at 330.
You need to heat it longer after you print it! 85 seconds is a good at 345 degrees
@@AngelaJasmina Thanks for your response I’m going to try that. What do you do for dri fit? How long and how hot?
@@AngelaJasmina do you do the same for cotton hoodies?
Do they run big or small?
Just wondering if you have to have the pre treatment machine or can you just have the Epson?
you dont need a pretreat machine, you can get a sprayer from Home Depot or the albachem cans and use those instead but you need pretreat
Do you copywrite your shirt designs? Thanks
Where do you order your shirts from?
You don’t make tutus any more???
Does this machine work on cartridges or ink wells?
Cartridges!
How do those shirts fit? true to size? run big or small?
They are adult unisex they are true!
Hi! I just found your channel and subscribe. Could you please tell me how much you payed for your brother ? The 6 needle one? Thank you! Your motivating me a lot!!!
I paid $7,000 but the price depends on where you live. They can be anywhere from $7,000-$10,000
Angela Jasmina got it thank you! My wife and I are going to go look at them next week. Hopefully we can start something since we just had a baby and I would love for her to be able to stay home instead of work retail. Thank you!
