      ​@@Dr.Raghu-simplified_classessir Ji coronery me blood jyada diastole ke samay hota hai toh exercise ke samay diastole ka samay kafi Kam Ho jata hai aur us waqt coronery artery ko blood bhi jyada aur jaldi jaldi kaise milta hai

      @@VIKASH-KUMAR177 Hello yeh depend karta hai grade of exercise par, if it's very severe then ofcourse blood flow is very less. Isiliye we are seeing so many deaths occuring in gym. Lekin agar mild to moderate exercise hai, toh vasidilatation during diastole is the only source of blood flow to deeper parts of mycardium. Adenoside bahut important role play karta hai, uske saath...potassium, hydrogen, CO2 , NO...sabhi vasodilatation karte hai.

    @2:15 How it is 8ml/min/100gm of cardiac tissue Sir??70%of 65to 85ml/min/100gm of cardiac tissue is Approximately 70ml/min right??

      Oxygen consumption is different from blood flow.
      Blood flow is 65 to 85 ml/min/100 grms. Whereas O2 consumption is 8ml/min/100 grms.
