I was born in Trinidad, West Indies and came to the U.K. aged 10. Went to the States in 1986 and came back to the U.K. in 2004 and that God for that move. Yes, Gina thank God for our NHS. Loved it- tho joke aside, its sad America cannot adopt a system for the people to have access to free healthcare. Most dont even want to do to the doctor out of fear of the high costs and politicians somehow are able to convince why the country doesn't need it.
I had a brain tumor removal surgery in Santa Monica California and was at the hospital 2 months because I had a coma. It was 1.3 million dollars. Fortunately, i only had to pay a co-pay of $15k. It took me 3 years to pay those off.
