I agree looks wonderful! I am wanting to start Fry food truck in ST Louis area, and I have been getting ideas. I thought it would be cool to do a fusion of cultures such as Louisiana cajun style, Soul food, Asian, Mexican, and African (my wife is from Kenya so some African influene) and Indian, etc..
