Is it heat resistant?
We have a metal shingle interlocking roof installed on our house. We live the roof. Do you know of any mounting hardware for solar panels? Very few solar companies are interested in installing solar on metal shingle roofs.

Why do metal shingles always have to be shiny and monolithic color? They end up looking like Lego houses. I think the market would expand tremendously if they were matte finish and had more variegated color. Europeans seem to add ceramic granule finishes to achieve this
sand coated using Kynar 500 finishes are what DECRA does,,but our neighbor is having large-area popping issues as we are in cold missouri...I wouldnt touch "stone coated' products...i couldnt believe how bad it was! And their roof was 35.000 bux eight years ago...no warrantee as it was not transfeerable..I install ribbed screws exposed EVERY day as a little 3 man company and it is so economical over existing asphalt that the 35000 doollar house I speak of would be 7000 today with us....and we make a good living at it.Standing seam,rolled on site is thicker 24 gauge with Kynar paint and this same house would be 14,500. Still no where near the 35000....and 29 gauge is standard for these stampings in this video...
