Imagine telling the guys who actually invaded Omaha Beach that 80 years later their great grandchildren would be spending their Friday night with the boys playing a very realistic simulation of that day

When jack said “I hate this, I hate this!” I thought of the men on the beach almost 80 years ago. Poor blokes went through absolute hell and miles of it.

For most beaches it was like this. The germans didnt shoot until the Americans were out of the water to save ammunition

@@franciscom4129 no some sectors of Omaha and Utah were just as intense as shown in the movie saving private Ryan . Some were not as much of a crazy death hole.
Its probably because of the player count, its not high enough for it to look like saving private ryan plus the map is really huge as well, I wonder how it would look if there was a bunch of npc US Soldiers running around but that might mess up performance and confuse the german team

No matter how many times Jack encounters a prone player he's always surprised.
Tbf I’ve came from Warzone where it’s really annoying seeing people prone it out in random bushes camping a buy station. Two different styled games, so I was getting annoyed at first playing this seeing prone boiks 😂

HLL has a setting turned on by default that thrns mic gain up to 11. Not the guys fault, alot of players dont even notice bc other players dont tell them how to fix it.

The way aiming works just doesn't carry over to console and there would be far too little people that would be dedicated enough to master it on a controller for it to be successful on console.

I was kinda disappointed when they didn’t get out of the boat and get absolutely shredded by machine guns like in saving private ryan

@@kkk.killazackkk5221 Yeah, both crafts and people had issues getting out from the water. Some of the people were probably struck while in the water trying to get onto the shore.

Daaaang. The smoke quality and physics really brings it all together.
When you think about it, the soldiers and Marines of ww2 were absolute SAVAGES. No air superiority, no plate carriers or kevlar vests, no nvg or high tech surveillance, just pure man vs man. It boiled down to sheer will power, skill, and brute force.
Bro I was with you till you got to plate carriers. The average guns used in ww2 were so powerful that a plate would just be literal dead weight. The arditi learned this the hard way
@@reaper_exd7498 the m1 garand fired 30-06 which today they make plates that can stop it… back then I doubt it. The mg42 fired a large round as well. No 556 62 grain bullets back then in war, lol

They did have air superiority, German air force was largely destroyed by USSR
125+ hours played and can't get enough of this game! Must communicate to win and have a good commander. But those bombing runs really drop frame rates when close to them 😅
Comms are very important, especially for leadership roles

This game just keeps getting better and better and when you're in a squad and people are talking and working together it's amazing. Really good community too. The devs are constantly working hard to improve it too which is always good.
Just gotta say the community of this game is so nice and refreshing.... i wish this would be the case for most games

It would be cooler if Battlefield had a hardcore/ultra realistic type of mode where you could actually bleed out and that would make the medic roll even more efficiently in the game and a chest shot was actually fatal

@@donrixw9955 the game was just poorly conceived and executed if you think a AAA game company would cut access cuz of criticism you have it backwards. They got the criticism because the game lacked basically everything it needed to be a proper battlefield game AND a proper WW2 game. They just didn’t execute it, they did that. Just like CDPR fucked themselves with cyberpunk
I've ever seen Omaha Beach look so quiet in HLL, it's always a massive struggle getting a foothold everytime I've played lol. The enemy team must be full of newbies

Finally been waiting for more Hell Let Loose content I love this game play it everyday and I wish more RUclipsrs would try it
I love how it gives you so many magazines. And how hard it is to gain ammo. Makes you concentrate on that aspect of war. I also love the folly art in this game. The sound is what makes the game so good.
Most accurate depiction of Omaha. Love how detailed they made WN71 and WN72. Been wanting a accurate Omaha map for ages.

I love games that force you to go prone, use smoke etc. Rather than just running and gunning and actually have you find ways to evade gunfire.

Awesome to see Hell let loose finally living up to what it envisioned, the snow maps look fantastic as well! The animations genuinely look awesome, and the gameplay is fun! The tanks are super fun too, they are hard to use, but so much fun!
